Unfortunately, that was not our experience. What should have been a straightforward deck replacement turned into a 14 month ordeal just to complete the design and obtain a permit. Throughout the process, delays were repeatedly attributed to different members of the team, and we were assured that once the permitting phase was behind us, construction would proceed much more smoothly. It didn't. Communication became another significant issue. Calls and emails frequently went unanswered, making it nearly impossible to obtain updates or resolve concerns. To make matters worse, we eventually learned that the design for what should have been a simple replacement deck had become so unnecessarily complex that contractor bids ranged from $40,000 to $60,000, far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect for a project of this nature. The entire experience has been deeply frustrating. We invested significant time, money, and energy, only to make virtually no progress. What should have been a simple deck replacement became an exhausting, costly, and unnecessarily prolonged process. Our project involved replacing an existing deck. There was no plumbing, no electrical work, and no unusual structural complexity. Yet it became a 14 month ordeal that resulted in an overengineered design and construction bids inflated by unnecessary engineering requirements. We are now left trying to build essentially the same deck that existed before, after investing more than a year, substantial expense, and countless hours navigating a process that should never have been this difficult. Based on our experience, I would be very hesitant to entrust this firm with any construction project.

In 2018 we had a re-tile of a fireplace surround done with some hand made tile. Not only did they…read morebuy an excessive amount of tile for the job and stick us with a lot of very pricey excess tile, but their installation has left us now with eroding tile, as you can see from attached photos. The erosion began with a haze, which slowly led to a crumbling away of the glaze from the top of the tile. Also, numerous tiles have cracked, which is caused by poor installation. We've received an estimate of $1400.00 for the twelve or so tiles that need replacing. At this point we're unsure if the entire flooring hearth part of the job needs to be torn out. That will be way more costly. We were unhappy in general with all the delays and the slow pace of this company. Now this has made us even more furious about their quality of work. When they were lacquering the wood for the mantelpiece, it kept getting cloudy because they were applying it too close. My husband had to tell the worker how to do it and to back up and stand further away. Their craftsmen were not that skilled in a number of types of work such as applying wood finish and also tile sealant. Their tape that they used to attach protective paper to my rug also ruined it in the spots that they applied the tape. I can't tell you how sorry now that we ever got mixed up with this company.

I've done some kitchens and the way they install cabinets is not the best way. His crew are not fine carpenters. There are gaps between cabinets and in one location at least quarter in gap. We previously got 3 other quotes for 2 bathroom and our kitchen remodel. Rogelio was by far the most attentive, most professional, and best priced. Today is 9/26 and we have had to hire a professional company to come and start the demo.
