BEWARE! Don't use this company. I reserved a luxury sprinter months in advance of my event. 10 minutes after the pick up time they call and say the 2018 sprinter had mechanical issues. Really? The sprinter they sent was Old and the air conditioner on the roof dripped on my friend the entire ride. I had to sit in the front seat and couldn't converse with my friends and family. The blue tooth didn't work so we couldn't listen to our music. It was a horrible experience. I emailed the owner or manager and they never returned my email nor texts. I saw on Facebook this happened to other people. Find another company. I'm sure they overbooked and got more money for the luxury sprinter I ordered. read more

I was looking for a limo service for a friend's bachelorette party, and called Loyalty Limo because of its high Yelp reviews. I was NOT disappointed. Vince was great -- very accommodating and responsive. He even helped us through last minute changes and our own planning issues. And the night of the party was fantastic! Our driver, Andy, was super nice, and always very prompt in picking us up at various places (which was greatly appreciated because we had quite a busy barhopping schedule). At one point, we just wanted to drive around the city, and Andy took us to the museum campus. Such a great choice! The campus was gorgeous at night, and Andy offered to take a picture of us in front of the lit-up skyline. The whole night was perfect, and it absolutely made my best friend's bachelorette party. I recently ordered a limo from this company for my wedding and the limo driver showed up 10 minutes early and was very patient and friendly throughout our photo session outside and our craziness inside the limo. While trying to find a suitable limo for my wedding, all the companies I spoke to only offered fixed package deals for 3+ hours, but since I only needed one hour of service, I did not want to spend more than I needed to, especially since weddings are so expensive! Booked Loyalty Limo almost 10 months in advance of our wedding based on Yelp reviews. And all the positive comments we read about in advance, came true for us as well. Vince always returned calls and emails promptly. His answers, rates and policies were very clear. A couple of weeks prior to our wedding we switched up the route and schedule of pick-ups and it was handled quickly and without issue. The limo and driver (Carlos) were 10 minutes early. Some friends and I surprised my brother with it after his birthday and had it take us up to Rosemont. Best bachelor party ever with Loyalty Limo :) I booked a limo with them for a bachelor party, and it couldn't have been better! We got a stretched black H3 Hummer, with champagne onboard and a cooler in the back full of beer (compliments of Loyalty Limo). They had a speaker system hooked up that I could plug my iPod into, so we had music and beer for the whole night. Vince was my contact with them and he was super reliable. I was emailed a couple of days before the party to confirm locations, and then on the day they made sure to get me in touch with the driver (who was also courteous) and let me know when he was on the way. My booking was for 8 hours so we had quite a bit of time in the limo, and were travelling to many locations (i.e. bar hopping) but there was no fuss with the driver, and we got to every location without any issue :) The reviews on Yelp were the deciding factor for me choosing a limo service in downtown Chicago, and I'm glad I chose Loyalty. Used them on Saturday! They were awesome! All my phone calls where always returned! They were on time and I even got a text massage telling me my drivers name and confirming address and pick up time! Our pick up time was 2 but everyone was drunk and tiered so I took a chance and texed my driver which was David (very nice) and asked if there was any way he could get us earlier and he was there in 15mins! Awesome great guy thank u! I will use u guys again most def! But I would get a better bass system in ur limo...very happy girl on my birthday! read more

I called Vince just a week before another company tried to double charge me for a limo reservation, Vince at Loyalty was totally up front with costs and sent everything over for me to review within minutes of our call. He was prompt and the limo looked brand new, complete with drinks which was a great bonus. Both drivers we had navigated our bachelorette party away from traffic and put up with a drunk 18 person group- that alone was amazing. Great all-around experience with Loyalty. We decided to get a limo for five on short notice (e.g. same day), and for a long evening trip to a casino in Hammond, IN. Vince was immediately accommodating and knowledgeable, guiding me to the right choice for a limo. He put me in touch with my driver, Alfonso, right off the bat, which put me at ease. We had a great trip down there. The limo is luxurious and new, very comfortable seating and fun atmosphere. Beer, soda pop and water with lots of ice is provided, with a handy bottle opener and probably eight nice clean glasses as well as Red cups. We brought our own liquor and mixers and really enjoyed the ample bar service. There are hidden compartments with extra light beer in case stores get low at the end of the night (I can't imagine they would). The casino that night was tremendous fun and midway through the evening it began to snow heavily. Alfonso was able to enjoy himself and gather us up for a midnight spin around Hammond. He then extended his duty to accommodate our lucky night at the craps table. The ride back was somewhat treacherous and he negotiated the snowy roads with aplomb. We were able to drunkenly jabber about our evening without regard for the level of difficulty, but we were very appreciative of his services, indeed. He deposited us safe and sound at a diner back in Chicago. I can't imagine a better customer experience, don't hesitate to use Loyalty. read more

We used Loyalty Limo for our wedding bus to take pictures around the city and it was incredible. The bus was clean and felt brand new. Vince was great to work with on reservations and getting everything scheduled. Our driver, Odell, was on time and a pleasure to work with. Only downside is the Bluetooth and USB plug didn't work, so we had to rely on the radio. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend! read more

I came across Loyalty Limo and it was the best thing that has ever happened to me, Vince was very professional and nice. I considered/got quotes for a bunch of different limo services in the Chicago area before deciding on Loyalty Limo and I'm so glad I used them. I booked a Hummer limo for my best friend's bachelorette party. We got a super great deal using the Bachelorette Package that they provide which included the limo service for 6 hours with unlimited stops and 4 bottles of champagne/soda/water. Our driver's name was Desiree (spelling?) and she was amazing!! We ended up going to all of the places I had picked out beforehand plus a lot of additional places that the other girls in the bridal party wanted to check out. Desiree knew of all the places and their locations without us having to look anything up and she was super friendly and sweet! I will definitely use them again if needed!! read more

Do NOT book with Loyalty Limo. We booked a limo for an event for a 30th anniversary and paid in full to secure the service. The limo was booked for transportation to and from the event. We were supposed to be picked up at 5:00 pm. At 5:00 the limo had not arrived so we called to check on the status. After calling multiple times with no answer, Vince finally answered and said he would check on things and give us a call back. By this time we were already late for our event. Vince eventually called back and said no limo would be coming as there was not a driver available. We explained that we had no backup transportation and that we had all paid for concert tickets and needed to get to our destination. He told us to call an uber. We asked that we still be picked up from the event as I know from experience how hard it is to find an uber after a large event downtown. Although they had about 6 hours to at least attempt to find a driver for pick up, we were flat out told no. Vince stated that we would be refunded our money, however, upon contacting the credit card company we were informed that the money was not refunded by Loyalty Limo. We asked that we be reimbursed for our Uber cost in an attempt to remedy the situation. Vince said that he would need to confirm with his boss and get back to us. We have yet to hear back from anyone at Loyalty Limo and they have not responded to calls or emails. This company is unreliable and provides terrible customer service. read more

It was my husbands birthday a couple of days ago and I wanted to do something special and unique with him and our friends. So what could be more fun than a joy ride from Greek Town to the Rosemont Casino in a stretch Limo right? So I called Loyalty Limo since they were the highest rated on yelp, I figured they seemed legit. I spoke to a guy named Vince and he was nice at first but then kept changing the prices on me. He up charges like craaazy and don't believe any of the prices on his website!! First he quoted me $175 for a round trip, then the changed it to $250 and said I had to pay 20% gratuity which would actually make the total price $300! I was pissed off and reluctant but did it anyway thinking it would make hubby super happy. Then I get a call from Vince a couple hours later to confirm and that's when he told me the $300 was just for one way not round trip!!! That's when I lost it and demanded a refund. Then he says he doesn't give refunds and there was no one else I could talk to, but when I told him how mad I was he said he would make an exception. Later on I checked my bank acct the same day it said he charged me twice and refunded me once! I still haven't received my second refund and it's been over a week!
