A friend and I recently rented the Blue Trolley Party Bus from Limotainment, and unfortunately, my…read moreexperience fell far short of expectations. While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Nothing like the laser light show in the photos that's on the website. I wish I had taken photos of the empty dirty bar areas, with no ice that was also supposed to be provided.

Hi, I would like to leave a complimentary message not only…read moreto our driver, Joseph, but to all of the Signature Group employees regarding our transportation from O'Hare to our home. Our flight which was scheduled to land yesterday at 5:05pm did not arrive until after 2:00am this morning. We had been delayed, detoured, had to land in Minneapolis to refuel, and experienced constant air traffic delays. I was in messaging contact with your dispatcher several times advising of updates to our arrival, and was assured that our ride would be available and ready. Sure enough, when we recovered our luggage and called Joseph, he was waiting for us at the curb, and took our luggage. Once we arrived at home he carried our luggage into our garage - that's a very nice policy. I just want to thank everyone for assuring me that even though we were NINE HOURS late, our ride was there, and your chauffeur could not have been more helpful. I have had other limo services who did not provide the level of quality that you do, and I can't think of another limo service who provides the professional and classy service that Signature does. I will never have to search for a limousine service again. Why? Because I have found the BEST. Again, THANK YOU. John Sullivan Arlington Heights, IL

We scheduled a party bus for my sister in law's wedding with a party of 14 people. We fit comfortably in the bus with room for a few more. The bus arrived at all of the locations at the scheduled time and got us to our destination. The bus driver was flexible and very easy to work with and was able to make last minute accommodations that weren't part of the original itinerary that was submitted. The bus itself was your standard party bus, with a pole in the middle, a cooler in between the seats to house your liquor (not included in the price), and a radio that operated via USB cord or Bluetooth to play whatever hits that your heart desired. Vamp Life also had very reasonable rates compared to others out there. I definitely recommend them to anyone out there in search of getting their party hooked up with a set of wheels.

Great booking experience for a Bachelorette Party while booking with them on Yelp!…read more I can tell you we were probably your typical bachelorette party clients...have no solid plans, changed our minds every two hours, have no idea how many girls confirmed and trying to get the best price we could get. Vamp was very patient with us and worked with us as we figured out our plans. So i did not know that when you do a "quote" on Yelp that it contacts a variety of vendors. Vamp was the first and only one that contacted me within an hour to get more details. They were so quick and so easy to negotiate with that I had no idea other vendors had contacted me. Reynaldo was very quick to respond and really easy to work with. I went with them mostly because of hiw responsive they were and had good prices. The bus itself was awesome! Very clean, and had very nice! It had a cooler, a pole and the ability to play your own music. We got a one eay hour ride and it was worth it. Our Bride to be had a blast and we all had a blast as well. Some tips for you, if you are booking: 1. Have a confirned itinerary. Its hard for everyone when it is in flux. 2. Pay in cash. I believe it is their policy ti do cash...but having cash made it so much easier for everyone to pitch in. 3. If you are playing your own music, have your mix ready. Otherwise the driver can put on Pandora or something. If you need a party bus, I highly recommend these guys!
