The repair department at Ace in Waxhaw told me it was my fault in a rather unfriendly manner and it would cost more than it was worth to repair, that took 3+ weeks to tell me that and charged an inspection fee just to look at the problem. I called Sthil and they referred me to Smith's Turf in Pineville STI, I took it over to them and they inspected and confirmed it was in fact under warranty; it was already a model that had been upgraded and replaced by a new model. STI and Sthil got me a replacement of the upgraded model at no charge. STI was super friendly and helpful really took care of me. I would not buy anything from Ace in Waxhaw, charged an inspection fee, blamed me for the problem, which Sthil said was clearly a defect in the housing identified in seconds not weeks, they were sorry for any inconvenience that may have happen at Ace, STI and Sthil got me the latest model within a few days. What a difference between Sthil dealers, STI fantastic service, ACE Hardware a frustrating, if I could lower than 1 Star I would have.

We had our lawnmower blade fixed her over the summer 2018. When I tell you the wait time to get our lawnmower back was crazy I mean it. It took about 2 weeks to get it back which we had to pay someone to mow for two weeks almost 3 weeks. If its something we must have and they only have we go here as it's an ok place to say the least jut don't expect expedited turn around times for services as it's a small location and lightly staffed.

No other stores could get us the exact one we wanted, so that was the first big plus. The truck came perfectly within the time estimate and the delivery was smooth and easy. Juan and Troy were professional and knowledgeable. They were efficient and super nice. They cared for the fridge AND our house (and all the kids running around) with the highest attention! On the scheduled delivery day, I got an email saying there was a payment issue and that unless I updated my payment method, I wouldn't receive my order. After finally reaching a representative, I was told that only the second charge had been fully processed and the original full charge was just a "temporary authorization." At no point during the purchase was this explained. I wasn't aware I needed to keep double the amount on my card just to complete a single order. I had already paid -- I didn't have more money on the card, and I shouldn't have needed to. They should have simply captured the funds from the original charge. I spent days going in circles with their support -- no one could resolve the issue. I only received part of my order. No clear communication, no accountability, and zero resolution. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend Lowe's online ordering at all.

Nothing special mentioned at time of order. When the fridge arrived, delivery was scheduled. When the "pro's" arrived, they were mystified as to how they were going to remove the old 48" fridge. Not until they unboxed the new fridge did they realize pulling out the old one was NOT the only 48" fridge they'd be dealing with today. Somehow, the head "pro" walked into our home, looked at the fridge, didn't realize we were replacing the unit with another identically sized unit, returned to the truck, unloaded and pulled all of the protective materials off the new unit and THEN realized he was unable to BOTH remove or replace our fridge. They left the new fridge in the driveway and informed me that we would have to call someone else to remove and install the fridge. Myself, my wife and our teenage daughters push/slid the fridge into the garage and began the process of finding another installer. End of story. Lowe's was ultimately let down by every single employee who touched this situation.
