If you're having an appliance problem one phone call can usually take care of it (unless after fixing the first thing you find another thing is broke but that should actually be a new problem.) Husband and wife team do nice work getting the necessary parts to keep the house working. Repair parts, consumables, and accessories: they know their business well enough to provide some guidance over the phone and they may even do a once over lightly in the shop if they have a comp available (especially helpful when attempting laundry repairs.) Lots of parts in stock, more available in a day or two, the rest will get here when it does... Race City Appliance, because Mooresville is the racest place ever! ;-)

Danielle did not reply to my email so I stopped by the store to speak with her. She asked if they had been installed. Yes, they were installed before we moved in. I have never opened plumbing supplies to look at them before being installed by a plumber during the building process. Have you? Call the store spoke to the manager Luis and he told me that I would have it no later than Tuesday of the following week.. never got a phone call spent a couple of hours on Tuesday trying to find out when I would get it. Call the store back only to have Pam hang the phone up on me. Then I called the corporate office customer service. I was speaking to the person explaining to her how disappointed we were at the service of trying to get a date and time when we will receive the additional pieces. I did write this on the bill as I received a floor model. I was very explicit and asking her that I would be getting it in a box and she said absolutely. Now I have one with the scratch when I called back she said you knew you were getting a floor model. That is an absolute lie!!! I would not be purchasing furniture that would come damaged. if that were the case I would have expected to at least have the option of picking one from the floor that was not damaged.
