If you're having an appliance problem one phone call can usually take care of it (unless after fixing the first thing you find another thing is broke but that should actually be a new problem.) Husband and wife team do nice work getting the necessary parts to keep the house working. Repair parts, consumables, and accessories: they know their business well enough to provide some guidance over the phone and they may even do a once over lightly in the shop if they have a comp available (especially helpful when attempting laundry repairs.) Lots of parts in stock, more available in a day or two, the rest will get here when it does... Race City Appliance, because Mooresville is the racest place ever! ;-)

We did not have an appointment. We just happen to be in the area and decided to check out their inventory and hopefully get some guidance on how to select the items we needed for our remodel project. The young lady who helped us initially was hesitant. She had an appointment coming in in about 45 minutes and truthfully at the beginning, we were a little put off because no one seemed to take an interest in helping us. Then after we began asking questions did she realize we were going to be making some purchases that day she showed us around explained how to select style first then finish, she created a file in her system and walked us through all of the options. She was incredibly professional as it turns out and helped us with the selection of fixtures finishes, and the timeline for ordering! They have a huge selection of premium bath, kitchen and lighting fixtures. I would highly recommend stopping in -an appointment would be better- if you want expert guidance on a remodel in your home.

Danielle did not reply to my email so I stopped by the store to speak with her. She asked if they had been installed. Yes, they were installed before we moved in. I have never opened plumbing supplies to look at them before being installed by a plumber during the building process. Have you? This may sound silly, but make sure you know exactly what you are getting when shopping at the Mooresville Ferguson store.

We felt like we were chasing after her, as she tried to get prices on furniture... We were promised delivery the following week we had to chase them down to get the date and time. the delivery went smoothly , only after several calls to the store and then I had to get the manager to follow up because the sales person did not. The two gentleman that came were exactly on time and extremely proficient. However the most important piece the couch was not there! Call the store spoke to the manager Luis and he told me that I would have it no later than Tuesday of the following week.. never got a phone call spent a couple of hours on Tuesday trying to find out when I would get it. Call the store back only to have Pam hang the phone up on me. Then I called the corporate office customer service. I was speaking to the person explaining to her how disappointed we were at the service of trying to get a date and time when we will receive the additional pieces. Customer service hung up and never called back!!!! Customer service is the number one priority for purchasing items I will never buy another thing in this store again. Now I have one with the scratch when I called back she said you knew you were getting a floor model. That is an absolute lie!!! I would not be purchasing furniture that would come damaged. if that were the case I would have expected to at least have the option of picking one from the floor that was not damaged. After posting my review, the manager took the time to personally call me and send an Email providing a detailed explanation addressing the reason for the significant price increase. Because of the way CLT Appliance handled my concerns, I want to update my previous review. My original concern was regarding the pricing of a repair and the inconsistent explanations I received about why the cost had increased significantly compared with my previous repair and a recent quote from the company. I want to be clear that my concern was not with the technician. He was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and completed the repair well. After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. I also appreciated that my initial conversation with the manager's assistant was escalated and handled promptly. The manager reviewed my concerns, provided additional clarification regarding the pricing, acknowledged my frustration, and worked with me to resolve the issue. CLT Appliance ultimately refunded the $125 difference that was the source of my concern. I appreciate a company that is willing to listen to customers, take accountability, and make things right. While my initial experience left me frustrated, the way CLT Appliance responded afterward demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I also want to again recognize the technician who performed the repair. He was professional and did excellent work. He promptly called me from my request and was able to set up the installation for the following day at a very reasonable cost. He had everything he needed to make some necessary adjustments and hauled everything away and left a spotless jobsite when finished. He was very knowledgeable about the job and the product and I would call him again in a heartbeat for installation or repair! I regret I didn't get his assistant's name but these two were simply the best!
