They were gracious and efficient and even suggested a way we could solve a problem with a drawer really close to the refrigerator. This was not our first exprerience at Metropolitan Appliance, and it won't be the last. The professionalism of both the sales staff and the installers was outstanding.

She put me on hold and TJ came on the line and said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know how much longer it would be. Well that never happened the store closed without calling me back. They were not in the front location where they usually showcase what's on sale. An employee walked me to the rear section of the store where it was located tucked in the corner. He was nice and friendly and walked me up to the register where another employee assisted with my final checkout.
