This store is in a nice shopping mall, and is great if passing through. Some sections of the store were messy, but some of that seemed to be due to young kids messing around with the displays. Plenty of parking, it's it's off to the side in the shopping center by itself. The employees here are really nice, and there's a in store Starbucks as well.

Between the time they take to go inside and ask a question about how to tackle certain problem and helping other people you waste a lot of time. By 1pm the place was packed like there was a Black Friday sale, I can't imagine getting there at that time. Store and tech support should be in different places but it is what it is I didn't buy any accessories because had spent a lot of time seating idle The rep that helped me though deserves the highest accolades ever given at a place where the only thing missing is a whip to direct employees and customers. I would not work in a place like this for the world I think I am being generous with three stars, nothing but problems with the IPhone 17Pro, wish I would have kept the XR I had before. My husband rushed there to make the appt... and the owner shrugged and said, "the guy that can help you already left." My husband informed him that an appointment was set and that this was very difficult to coordinate getting his work trucks there. The owner brushed him off and suggested that he go to radio shack. Unbelievable! So he did, and the customer service was amazing! So thanks for referring us to them for all our future CB radio needs!

Troy at Around The Clock Locksmith Charleston has saved our bacon twice now. First time my…read moredaughter lost both sets of keys for her vehicle. Troy showed up within an hour to program two new keys for us, and then gave us a jump start, as the battery was dead. Great ending to an otherwise bad day. The second time Troy came to our new Condo in Charleston and installed a new wifi enabled deadbolt. He was also kind enough to do some light carpentry and relocated the strike plate, so the old door in the older house closed properly. I hope I don't need a locksmith's services anytime soon, but I wouldn't call anyone other than Around the Clock Locksmith of Charleston if I do.
