Walked into this store on Black Friday completely random. We were at the galleria on an errand. Had never heard of LoveSac. The staff was so helpful and the more I learned the more I knew about this sofa system the more I realized it was made for our household. First off, the fact that the cushion covers are removable and replaceable. SUCH a relief because we are a multiple pet household. I've never enjoyed a sofa for fear of cat scratches and being unable to repair. Next, they are extremely comfortable and SOLID-VERY SOLID as we are a household of individuals of a certain size. The recliner option, the most comfortable ever and again fits us. I thought the selections of fabric were great. We got an estimate on the spot, we bought on the spot because of the Black Friday sale and was delivered last week. It did take six weeks which is what we were told to expect. We got friends to help assemble. I am completely over the moon with this sofa. Putting it together helps you realize what quality this modular system is and reassures you it will last for years go come. The photos don't do it justice cause I bought pet covers for it. The arm covers aren't the right size but I left them on pending replacements. If the picture of Ira and Baby Jesus don't say it all. EVERYONE here is in love with our LoveSac sofa. I give 5 stars for store front emplyee service and being able to interact with people and furniture. The web site says they are still making appointments and keeping distances however, I was able to walk in at Galleria Mall in Roseville and sit in the bean bag, rearrange the couch model and act like a normal American human being. Thank you! i wont buy something this expensive without being able to see it, test/try/touch and communicate with someone that is audible and not behind a mask or two and then a plastic barrier. Galleria store front will treat you like a human customer again!!! So a 5 star rating for that. But the 2 star because of the wait time to receive a purchase. It took almost 3 months to receive a $1500 bean bag! Now I need extra foam to make it as full as the model and it is going to take another 2 plus months to receive it. This is not reasonable. We need to figure this out and get back to a reasonable amount of time to receive non-custom made furniture! This is not reasonable. This is not custom made furniture. And if it was it could be made much faster than 5 months. (the good thing is that this will possibly open up business for small service skills to enter the work force again and compete with large corporations who squeezed that quality service out. The edge was that you could get the same product quicker. If it is no longer quick then people will look for the skilled tradesman again:-). thats cool to watch that come full circle in my lifetime!). People get angry with the store front employees for things like wait time that is not their fault! hard to watch misdirected angry outbursts at kind people who are willing to work for a living. Find out who the managers are at the highest level who can get your feedback to a place that will make a difference, or place your complaints in a review where a store will be impacted in a way they will have to make a change. Being angry with store front employees does not get results. It is an embarrassment to watch another human behave that way in public and shape our culture. Then complain that no one wants to work, and we call them lazy or entitled. Is your kid working? How do you want them treated by the public and their elders? Help them enjoy their work so they will keep working and get this economy going again!!! I love the product and the storefront service with happy employees who are eager to sell for lov sac. I do not think employees have much of a chance keeping customers happy if lov sac does not improve their ability to back up the experience by delivering the product they sold in a timely manner. Went to this store did not know I needed an appointment with no one in the store it was 12:05pm was told I could not go in because they had to disinfect the store for a 12:30 appt. My husband and I wanted a couch that was very versatile and can work in a number of living rooms as there is always the possibility of moving due to his job. We wanted a couch that was comfortable, washable (as we have a dog that uses the couch as his bed), and durable. We are so pleased with our couch and impressed with the fact that each piece can be thrown in the washer. I am not the type to write reviews but the service we received warranted it. Rose was so helpful and pleasant to work with. Purchasing a couch is a big investment and she was very patient with us. She helped us configure the perfect couches and love sac that would accommodate our odd shaped living room. I recently purchased a sectional from Lovesac and had a very good experience. I chose the love sack couches over a traditional couch because we may be moving in a few years and I wanted the option to be able to rearrange the couch in case our living room in the next house was a different size. Also I have cats and children so being able to wash the couch covers is the best thing ever. I had been into the store several times and each time the team there was very nice and helpful. Last week when I went in to purchase the manager was very helpful and also explain to me how to get an additional discount with my purchase. The couch arrived less than a week after I purchased. I have seen some reviews mention how it was difficult to put together but we found it very easy, just time consuming. Each piece comes in its own box so there are a lot of boxes if you get a large couch. But overall it was very easy to put together for my husband. Overall I have been very pleased with the entire experience and now love our new couches. read more

I have been researching the Sactional online for awhile now, as it is time for me to get a new couch. I love the idea of lifetime guarantee, a variety of set-ups and washable - wow! I decided to take my friend up to Roseville from Elk Grove to check them out in person. I didn't really intend to buy anything that day but OMG these things are AMAZING! My husband and I went into the store to browse and we were greeted by Sandy. Sandy was very helpful and showed us the sactionals that we were asking about. We decided not to purchase at that time but Sandy said that she would check-in with us when there is a sale and keep us updated. Sandy kept in touch and during one of the sales we came back in and decided to purchase the sactional. I was so excited to open my city sac for xmas. I did exactly as the directions stated and fluffed for a week. But 1 week turned into 3, and my lovesac looked nothing like the "promised " product. I called the store to seek out my options and was disappointed to find out that the sac was returnable, but none of the accessories were. This was not on the receipt nor mentioned to us at purchase. I argued that point, and when the store manager Rose called back, she was completely unprofessional and rude. Speaking over me. I immediately called lovesac co. And had to ultimately deal with them for the return because the manager of their store had made a mistake and not stamped the receipt final sale. All in all everything finally worked out. I only know about this place from my roommate talking about it so I went in there to see what they had and get a price quote. I was the only one in the store and a lady was behind the counter. After being in there for about 2 minutes and no acknowledgement from the employee her phone rings and she is on the phone for over 5 minutes and it sounded like a personal call. I browsed around the store for. Few more minutes and never once was acknowledged by the employee. 5 minutes and you can't say hi, or I'll be right with you?!?!?! I have been popping in to Lovesac for over a year now to drool over the sactionals. I became familiar with both Rose and Lois, and eventually Rose helped me with my final sale. She went above and beyond to help me get settled, coming by my house with fabric samples, dropping off magnetic tiles to play around with, and when an extra side and one less base arrived, she brought one directly to me to make sure my couch would configure the way I wanted it to. OMG, YOU GUYS. If you are in the market for fun yet functional furniture, get in here! I've been a long-time owner of a lovesac (supersac and matching ottoman to be exact) for about 15 years, and both are still as fabulous as ever! I actually came in to a different lovesac location in SF to buy a shrink kit in order to shrink my sac down because I was moving and fell in love with the sactional. I had looked at the sactional couches before, but I finally spent some time really getting educated on them. (Doing this in-person was so much better than online). I walked out only having purchased my shrink kit, as I wanted to get into my new place and do proper measuring. I couldn't decide if I had just made the worst decision by NOT making a sactional couch purchase, because they were having a flash, 1 day only sale of 25% off and 24 months of interest free financing, but I just couldn't stomach the impulse buy. Fast forward to a couple weeks after the shrink kit day, and I was in Roseville doing some shopping while visiting family. I decided to pop into lovesac just to inquire about pricing a little more. Enter Sandy. Sandy asked if I had been into a lovesac store before, and I quickly explained shrink kit day, and that I was interested in a sactional couch, but ONLY if I could get the pricing that happened on the flash sale day. I became adamant about getting the sale price because without it, the more pieces you buy obviously increases your sale dramatically and I wanted the 5x5. She explained that while they are pretty rare (like only twice a year, rare!), that there was always a chance that they might have a third one this year, as they have done that randomly in past years. Long story short, I left my information with Sandy and left without a couch purchase again that day because they clearly weren't having a flash sale. Fast forward to about a week after meeting Sandy, and I get a phone call from her alerting me that she was anticipating another flash sale over the Veteran's Day weekend. Low and behold, her anticipation was correct and I was able to finally order my beloved sactional couch for not only 25% off, but 36 months of interest free financing instead of 24! Hallelujah! I'm so glad I waited! Not to mention, that 5% of the Veteran's Day purchases got donated to the Travis Mills Foundation, making me feel even better about my purchase! Not only are the products that this company makes amazing and durable, but the people that they choose to sell their products are absolutely awesome. The SF store team was great, but Sandy went above and beyond. She called me several times to let me know when they were having a sale, but her giving me the heads up on the sale that I really wanted was huge. She knew what I wanted and went out of her way to give it to me. I actually became so comfortable with her throughout this process that I even ordered my sactional over the phone with her after I got home to SF, rather than go back to the SF store. She told me that they don't make commission and that she was just happy I was happy and if I felt more comfortable making the purchase in person at my home store I should. Well, my home store never called to tell me about the sale that they said they would, so Sandy will be my go-to so long as I'm making lovesac purchases! She has already called me to give me the heads up on another sale coming up so that I can actually afford more accessories! She has seriously been the best salesperson I have EVER gotten to work with! She showed me the new holiday colors and prints that were coming available before they even hit the floor so I could make a more informed decision on which print I wanted. Tried to exchange a pillow from love sac due to pillow going flat. We were very shocked by this due to love sac reputation and claims of their products never going flat. The sales lady then rudely told us that there is a strict 2 wk return policy, that the pillow we bought was NOT made from "love sac" stuffing but was down! We had no idea and explained this to the sales lady. She made no attempt to try to remedy the situation, and in a rude tone and body language said there was nothing she could do. So not only did the initial sales rep do a horrible job telling us about the products we were buying but their customer service after the sale was even worse! The lovesac in the window called to me...so of course I had to go in and sit in it. Wow, it was so comfortable. I'm pretty sure I begged my husband to buy it for me for Valentines Day. The one I looked at seats several people and was about $800, kind of pricey but I still want it. We were the only ones in the store and the girl who works there was very helpful and really nice. They have this really cool layout board (looks like a game board, sort of) that you can move pieces around to get a feel of what the different styles would look like together. My husband likes pieces that differ from those I like but they have a lot of options to choose from. I'm not sure if the same lovesac I want is still in the window (it's been a few weeks since we were there, I know, Yelp slacker) it was white but you can choose other color options. They are all very informed on the products. I have to say that I never once thought twice about my purchases because of the amazing customer service.
