Shopping there was a great experience. Inventory is large, especially when it comes to recliners, and the product is well made and well known. Our sales person William was fantastic. Incredibly helpful but not in our face; just nearby when we needed him. No up-sell techniques; just let us pursue the merchandise and make our own decision with his helpful input. We left with a really nice recliner that was to be delivered (free) just a few days later. Delivery was on time, quick and efficient. Delivery staff were friendly and respectful. Overall, a very good experience. There's a good reason why they have been in business for nearly 80 years.

But without exaggeration, Furnitalia's performance in every phase was extraordinary! Their excellence stems from deep competency in all phases of design, demolition, construction, and finish work. Moreover, I have never encountered a more meticulous and courteous group of workers. They designed a beautiful kitchen for us. During demolition they encountered some incredible problems left behind by previous remodeling contractors and were relentless and highly skilled in fabricating and executing solutions to those problems. They stayed on schedule and would have beaten the original deadlines had the countertop stone not been delayed. They moved our furniture out, and in. They identified problems and imperfections that even we did not notice, and we are now so happy with the end product and most appreciative of their meticulousness and professionalism. We went on a Saturday so we could get face painting, fun balloons, petting animals and Snowie King! However......we found out after waiting around that the face painting wasn't coming, the petting animals never showed and Snowie King wasn't open. Big bummer! My little was sad....but we did get a fun balloon! They do have a large variety of pumpkins. All sizes and colors go pick from! And lots of photo ops.
