This is by far one of my favorite places to eat lunch in the entire Sacramento area. Food is the highest quality and always prepared to perfection. I've tried many sandwiches here and they have all been amazing. Lunches come with your choice of many delicious sides. My favorites being the spinach salad and potato salad. And if you like iced tea, the peach iced tea is a must try, it's fantastic! Have a sweet tooth? They've got you covered with a wide selection of in house made desserts. This is truly where my "champagne taste meets beer budget" shopping happens. This exquisitely curated shop features an amazing array of planters, fountains and garden statues, while the inside has a great selection of holiday items, women's clothes and self-care things like soaps and lotions. While the prices are beyond my budget, I admire the quality and get great decorating ideas. Even their "up to 75% off" clearance prices are a bit much for my budget. But, there's no harm and looking enjoying the scenery. There's even a little café tucked away, which I haven't tried yet. Parking is pretty easy and staff are very friendly. Parking is a challenge because this place is popular! Upon entering the store, you very quickly learn that Pottery World has more than just pots. In the courtyard alone, there are many different kinds of fountains, statuary, and pots to admire. To give you an idea of scale, some of the fountains are over $10K. On the inside, you'll find boutique clothing for adults and baby/toddlers, leather purses, bougie indoor and outdoor furniture, rugs, pillows, throws, a plethora of artificial flowers for people who know how to arrange them, bath and body products, and a café. So beautiful. The parking was a bit tight and some people were playing frogger crossing the street (Granite Dr) but we got lucky to get a spot in the parking lot. The parking lot attendants were super nice! The prices for the decor wasn't bad. I was totally expecting lots to be overpriced but it wasn't. Something for everyone and this weekend they had SANTA! This store in an hour from my house. Alas, we decided to take a short drive to see all of the holiday displays. So beautiful. Many fountains, yard statues, woman's clothing and , yes, pottery. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked very good and was busy. Prices are a bit high but the treasures are unique. I did buy some soaps and lotions. They have beautiful high quality items showcased in a gorgeous designed space. This indoor showroom is quite large. They have furniture, kitchen gift items, candles, art, baby/toddler clothes, women's clothes and artisanal jewelry. The furniture evoked thoughts of a hotel resort versus quaint, cozy home. The clothing in the women's boutique was a mix of boho chic and western wear. The outdoor section has garden statues, furniture, pottery, and water fountains. The statues included the practical and the impractical. The impractical included a life size Roman gladiator and even Bigfoot. Anyways we were there to look at their pottery. I noticed that the pottery was not marked with prices. For pricing, you had to take a photo of the sku number sticker and truck back into the shop to flag down a person who will then call someone to help you. This was quite a process and not one I wanted to endure in the summer heat. Especially when I noticed the shop had limited associates. Plus all around the prices here are a pretty penny. Another thing to note was that they had a cafe with table service. I stopped in for a nosh. The customer service provided there was superb. Totally in stark contrast to the service in the store which wasn't rude but kinda nonexistent. read more

Driving down to sac from Reno we noticed this pottery store from the freeway and convinced my husband to stop by since we are looking into doing some landscaping for our house. Their pots really caught my eye. They also have outdoor furniture, mosaic tiles, lots of fountains for sale and even an indoor decor and furniture store, there's also a cafe inside that looks promising. Pottery World in Roseville is an amazing place to shop for water fountains, outdoor garden pottery, women's fashion clothing, gorgeous house and patio furniture, lighting and accessories. Wow! We haven't been here in years and it sure has developed into an incredible shopping experience. After perusing so many choices, we bought 3 outdoor garden pots that were beautiful and unique. I just love to come to pottery world and look at all the gorgeous decor they have. The decoraters are pretty active in keeping up the decor ahead of each season. My favorite time to go there, is Halloween and Christmas. There are also an infant section, luxury bath products , plus sales and clearance events right after the holiday season as well , as well as an Anniversary sale they have every year. There are 2 locations, El Dorado Hills and in Rocklin. Both are equally beautiful but the Rocklin location has a café. Even if your not buying anything it's just something fun to browse around in if you have an hour to burn. read more

Not just pots I've always wanted to check out this place even though I know I can't afford anything here. LoL! "Just looking" is free! My teen won a gift card from her workplace and she's been bugging me to take her here ever since. Pottery World has been around, well, at least since I moved to Placer County [2001]. I remember getting a discount card as part of the "Neighborhood Welcome Bag" we received. Finally made it here yesterday. Clay and terra-cotta pots of all shapes and sizes were arranged in different color themes. They have beautiful fountains of all kinds here too. We took our time looking/admiring and fantasizing of our dream garden... then we walked towards the Asian-inspired decors: pagodas, Buddha's, all the decor you need to create a zen garden. I dream of a Japanese rock garden -sigh- Wake up! okay, back to reality! We are at a store!! Anyway, they also have patio furnitures, fire pits... I mean, these are things I only see in an outdoor patio of a fancy restaurant or large homes. They have styles ranging from Tuscan to Old World to Farmhouse to Transitional to Contemporary. My daughter was determined to find something for me so she used her gift card to purchase a garden pagoda house for our backyard. Bless her heart. Talk about a HUGE selection of everything! From outdoor to indoor to clothes to lunch at the cafe! The customer service is fantastic. We were there to get some design ideas and we learned more about outdoor umbrellas than we ever thought possible! It's not cheap, but everything they carry is high quality. Pottery World is the best place to purchase a fountain. Not only do they have a wide variety of colors, sizes and shapes, but they also have many running so you can see and hear the water patterns and sounds. For more than a year I have had a beautiful little fountain that kept losing water. I sealed it, put in a new plug and still the fountain kept losing water. I drove 2 hours to visit Pottery World to get a new fountain. I picked one out, was ready to purchase it and in the process mentioned my problem to the gentleman who was helping me. He said the problem probably was the drip system I had set up to auto-fill the fountain. I decided not to purchase a fountain and try the simple fix he told me about. It worked! I didn't need to spend almost $1000 to get a new fountain that would have had the same problem! I was so pleased that a few weeks later, I decided to replace a birdbath with a fountain and returned to Pottery World to pick up the perfect fountain! I will always be grateful to the gentleman who was honest and not just looking for a sale. The fountain I purchased is just perfect! If I can describe "Pottery World" in just one word, it has to be "WOW"! For this being a home decor store, it just really expands so many ideas in customizing your home to every which was possible. The merchandise here is so over-the-top, I almost felt as if I was about to walk into a Colosseum in Athens, Greece. Located on Granite Dr. and close to I-80 in Rocklin, this Pottery World is one of two locations in the greater Sacramento area; the other being in El Dorado Hills. Since my lady and I were on the hunt for some Christmas decor, we were both eager to see what this place was all about. The outside of the building offers a huge assortment of larger than life statues, cement pots, iron decor, fire pits, bistro sets, patio furniture, and amazing fountains of every kind. The inside is just as good, if not better. You will see a wide assortment of living room furniture (sectionals, sofas, accent chairs, living room tables, ottomans), dining room furniture (dining chairs/tables, buffets, consoles), and bedroom furniture (headboards, nightstands). They also carry a ton of items to truly accessorize your home including artificial trees, artwork, stems, lamps, candles, and wall art. Since we came here in late-November, they already rolled their Christmas decor on the showroom floor. You will find artificial pre-lit trees that stand anywhere from 7' up to 12' for the homes with high ceilings. If I can compare Pottery World to other major home decor retailers, its like combining a Pier 1 Imports/HomeGoods/Restoration Hardware but on a much grander scale. However, the customer service here was lacking. We did not get greeted nor helped once. Luckily, we were just browsing so there was no immediate need to hunt down a salesperson. Overall, "Pottery World" is a store worth checking out. They even have a full-on cafe which includes a ton of breakfast/lunch options. With that said and done, I would have to rate my experience an above average four stars. read more

All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We were asked numerous times if we needed help finding g anything specific. It is a little bit pricey, but if you got it, you should spend it. Went there last Sunday. Had to get the help twice to help me. 8-10 customers and 12 employees. Had to get out of the way of staff but only one asked to help. Looked at the item and said they were out of stock (they just put it on display before our eyes). Dismissed us quickly we are a gay couple and staff were uncomfortable to say the least.
