The two salespeople were helping other customers so we waited patiently. One of them was actively helping a customer and the other was having a personal conversation. Neither bothered to even acknowledge our presence or let us know they would be with us when they were done. We stood there awkwardly and finally just left. So, then I did call and remind them just because they seemed like they could care less I came in front of them asking to confirm date. When I got there they were really weird about assisting me with a small ottoman to get into my car--not I have spend $7,600 on a sofa! I got total attitude and snotty help. I will NEVER shop here again they won't see a nickel from me and I will not refer anyone to their store. So sad you cannot get local retailers to appreciate you and all the business you have sent them.
