I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.

It's also interesting how the owner has so much time to respond to these reviews vs actually finishing the project. 5. If anyone is interested in seeing what I first got from them, what Sarah sent which was better and the spec sheet that was not correct. Let me know I'm happy to share all this. Alpine electric was selected by our contractor for all electrical in our home and security. It has…read morebeen a nightmare working with Alpine Electric for over 2 years. Their contracts are just a couple of sentences and any discussion of either what was on the electrical plan or what we wanted to add cost us significantly more. They forgot to put in a light in a dark hallway and to 'fix it' they want another $400. Even though, in theory, the contract should have been covered, they interpret everything and turn it into a debate. We asked for a more detailed contract and they refused. Now we know why. For the last month we have been having our fire alarm go off four different times from midnight to 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. with an inability to turn it off. They are unreachable when it happens because it's not during normal work hours and the monitoring service that we pay for only has an answering machine number for Alpine Electric. They have been out every Monday after each of these horrific incidences and each time they have said it is completely fixed. Guaranteed it won't happen again. Today, it is going off every hour almost on the hour. Again this morning they said it's fixed. They leave and right on schedule, it goes off again. Our neighbors are rightfully angry. Our guests have not gotten sleep. We have some friends who will not come back for a visit. We call them after it's gone off every hour for the last 4 hours and they have said they are now out of town and won't be able to do anything until Monday. We need to deal with it now. In addition, our lights did not work correctly for the first month after we moved in. Had to turn some lights off at the fuse box. For the Control 4 'scenes' we don't have access to do simple things like dimming the lights when you turn them on. They also installed our doorbell ring which didn't actually ring for a good 3 months. Now it rings with both of our phones going off every time someone's at the door and we don't have simple access to the app to stop that. It also does not store videos of the front door which is frustrating when we have issues. I wish we could say zero Stars.

Discovered Erica through Yelp !!!…read more So glad we met several years ago. Over the last four years I have used her company several times. In 2016 I purchased a townhouse that was built in 1978. Needless to say it needed some updates. Erica came to the house a couple of times with paint chips to help pick colors, and to measure floors. Then she was available at ProSource to walk me through LVP flooring. I purchased the downstairs flooring in 2018. Erica gave me the fabulous recommendation of doing the entire floor at once. I love the floor so much, I bought another pattern with her help this spring for my upstairs workspace and hallway. Both LVPs are very different, but so beautiful and EASY to take care of. She always has a great list of installers and painters to use. It makes it less daunting to have a professional like Erica to have already worked with them. The first hurdle was a timeline that included a professional photographer provided by my real estate agent. The second hurdle was my schedule. My new job included weekly travel. I wouldn't be around for the Q&A that might arise. I needed someone that I could trust with a key and very little supervision. Except for those calls where the voicemail message begins with 'we need to talk'. From the initial consultation to the pictures, Erica had everything under control. She had a blank canvas and an appropriate budget. Within a few weeks, I had plants, mirrors, many new pictures, and a variety of shaped vases. I almost forgot about the new throw pillows. It worked. Erica's about the details. Her setup even included the tissue boxes scattered through out my home. The day of the pictures, Erica assisted while my real estate agent and her photographer found new ways to use flash photography in my home.
