Discovered Erica through Yelp !!!…read more So glad we met several years ago. Over the last four years I have used her company several times. In 2016 I purchased a townhouse that was built in 1978. Needless to say it needed some updates. Erica came to the house a couple of times with paint chips to help pick colors, and to measure floors. Then she was available at ProSource to walk me through LVP flooring. I purchased the downstairs flooring in 2018. Erica gave me the fabulous recommendation of doing the entire floor at once. I love the floor so much, I bought another pattern with her help this spring for my upstairs workspace and hallway. Both LVPs are very different, but so beautiful and EASY to take care of. She always has a great list of installers and painters to use. It makes it less daunting to have a professional like Erica to have already worked with them. She makes my updates easier and less stressful. Maybe next year we'll work on a new bathroom.

I wanted to knock out a wall, expand the closet, reshape the bathroom to create a better space, a more useful space. I had to ask for a card. As time carried on, the purpose of this remodel changed too. I was promoted and relocating. My needs changed. I needed a professional to help stage my home and help with some minor repair work. Erica and her team accepted the challenge. There were and there are always hurdles to overcome. The first hurdle was a timeline that included a professional photographer provided by my real estate agent. The second hurdle was my schedule. My new job included weekly travel. I wouldn't be around for the Q&A that might arise. I needed someone that I could trust with a key and very little supervision. Except for those calls where the voicemail message begins with 'we need to talk'. From the initial consultation to the pictures, Erica had everything under control. She had a blank canvas and an appropriate budget. Within a few weeks, I had plants, mirrors, many new pictures, and a variety of shaped vases. I almost forgot about the new throw pillows. It worked. Erica's about the details. Her setup even included the tissue boxes scattered through out my home. The day of the pictures, Erica assisted while my real estate agent and her photographer found new ways to use flash photography in my home. In the 24 days that my home was listed, we had 25+ showings. Many of the showing feedback sheets noted the staging and professionalism of my home. I owe those compliments to Erica and her team at Turn Key Decor.

From the first day Lance and I met last summer, til most recently when Kurt came to put the finishing touches on our place, your team has provided unparalleled professional contracting support. You guys are more than contractors. Your entire staff and subcontractors treated our home as if it were their own. Having people in your home (even a second home) can be challenging during the construction process. Every care was taken by your staff to protect our personal stuff during the process. As you are both well aware, the project grew from a simple "kitchen" remodel to touching every area of our home. The results were stunning. Hard to believe it is our home. Down to the very detail. You never pushed us to add on to our original scope. It was me who kept wanting to push the envelope and it was you and your team who continued to say yes and to figure out a way to make things happen. Your attention to detail was impeccable. Your recommendations, when asked were invaluable to helping us walk through this challenge. While it took longer than our original expectation, we expanded the scope almost four fold from our original goal. It was worth the wait and the weather cooperated. My personal thanks for remaining professional throughout. I am a tough customer (but fair, I think). My expectations are and will continue to be high. Your staff, including office staff exceeded my expectations. Your pricing was fair and competitive and you figured out ways to accomplish our goals. More importantly, the value we received was consistent with what we spent. I can't say enough about Kurt. He and I were on the same page on almost every aspect of the project. In spite of the other projects that were being worked on simultaneously, I felt as if I was your only customer. I could go on, but I will stop. Thanks again. Congratulations on delivering superior results. I am more than happy to serve as a reference for you and your fine company. My family is very thankful as well. We have installed the window coverings and if you would like to arrange to take some photos to add to your portfolio, please contact me and we can arrange that. Best. Don DeHart Truckee, California

We did a full gut job of our home and Elena did all the cabinetry for our kitchen and 4 baths. From our first visit, Elena took the time to understand what I was looking for functionally and aesthetically. & Elena delivered! Our cabinetry is magnificent! While there were some issues, Elena resolved them. Elena is a prompt and great communicator. Elena has the highest standards for her work. I am pretty particular and detail oriented; Elena was dedicated to making sure the cabinetry was to perfection--my GC had insisted that he do the installation and when he did not get everything right or to Elena's standard's; Elena sent John, one of her GCs, and his team from Ferdinand Construction to make everything correct on her dime!! Customer service like this is rare, Elena really went above and beyond! Kitchen Envy and Ferdinand Construstruction are meticulous and masters of their professions. I have been living with my beautiful, functionally cabinetry for over 6 months and wouldn't change a thing about the design or finishes. Go see Elena at Kitchen Envy to fully enjoy the remodel process and to get quality cabinetry you'll enjoy for years to come. MORE DETAILS & ADVICE: Our GC originally had us working with another design studio. They were very difficult, did not listen, and made me feel like my cabinetry was being assigned to me. Having done other remodels, I knew it did not have to be this way, especially since even at a big box store we had had a better experience. Although my GC was not happy(he still got his 10%), I searched for another place to do our cabinetry. Fortunately, I found Elena at Kitchen Envy. The cabinetry portion of our project was delightful due to Elena and we are beyond satisfied. Elena was extremely patient and professional with our difficult GC. Additionally, I would highly advise anyone to go with one of the GCs Elena recommends for cabinetry installation as she seeks and achieves quality work. Elena got us 2 bids for install which were less than what we ended up paying our GC, as he insisted on installing. What we got from our GC was odd trim work, a panel dishwasher that stuck out more than 2 inches, a lot of complaining and excuses. Elena along with Ferdinand Construction simply came in and resolved all issues(most that I was not aware of)- wish I had this type of regard and outcome for our entire remodel project. Elena does not just sell cabinetry; she ensures excellence. AGAIN NOTE, she paid to have Ferdinand Construction fix the errors of my GC. If I have not been previously clear, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELENA AT KITCHEN ENVY AND GOING WITH ONE OF HER CONTRACTORS!!
