Just don't. It's quite literally a bait and switch mattress store. Not knocking ownership just their business model. Go in and sit on their floor model nectar. Firm feels good. Ask "will this be what we get when we order it?" Reply "yes, of course"... spoiler: it's not by any stretch.. (hint* get rid of your floor model or update it to the newer poor quality mattresses nectar is pumping out) Good luck you'll end up switching and upgrading mattresses with these guys until they have you paying more $$$ because there's no just straight refund policy. I visited this store recently because I had to replace my king size mattress. After sleeping on my mattress for about a week, I began to experience debilitating back pain. the mattress was rock hard, as if it were filled with cement. I returned to the store to ask for a refund and the man working at the store was unprofessional. He was very rude and had poor product knowledge; overall, it was terrible customer service. He said I should sleep on the mattress for a couple more weeks and it won't be necessary to return. However when I finally convinced him to allow me to return the mattress, the restocking fees were exorbitant. Avoid this store at all cost! read more

My wife and I ordered just under 3000 worth of mattress and bases from this location on 10/30 .. we were told 7 to 14 days delivery... we were then told it was delayed 4 times .. back ordered... we contacted the manufacturer they told us that there were no back order delays. We were then told by the employees that they were not getting deliveries because the owner ...(Chaz) was not paying for the orders.... first we were told that he used to be able to pay half and get deliveries ... and then we were told he didn't pay his bill...we tried to track this owner down and was NEVER around...finally on 12/3 we were told the items were delivered to a warehouse in Reno and delivery 12/5....again Nothing then we were told 12/11.... or come by in a few days and get a check for our refund.. OMG if he cant pay his bills why would I accept a check..lol we charged back our credit card and ordered direct from Dream cloud... DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS read more

I ordered on 3/22/24 and they delivered on 4/8/24 I ordered one twin and two twin xl. I was quoted an 8" mattress for $249 for a twin xl with a one-year warranty and a 9" mattress for $349 with a 5-year warranty. Also, a $199 twin for an 8" or $249 for 9 " twin. I paid for 3 =9" mattresses but, they delivered the 8" stating the 9" is $50 more. We never discussed any mattress for $399. He said, no returns and there will be a restocking charge even know they delivered the wrong product. Also, I would have to deal with the manufacturer for a refund. He used his man voice to bully me on the phone. Shameful. Why would anyone do a bait and switch for $150.00 its bad business. read more

First thing first, I'm not much for the kind of salesman we've been accustomed too when it comes to buying furniture or an automobile. Now my wife is another story. She won't back down and hates to be "sold" anything. I'll stand toe to toe with anyone when it comes to that nonsense. I thought that's what it was going to be like when a well dressed Connor McGregor's big brother type introduced himself and along with his blonde haired helper. As a braced for the inevitable clash of wife vs robot salesman, I was pleasantly surprised at the reaction. He had a golden retriever named Lucy that stole my wife's heart. He asked some questions and he listened to us and didn't spout A bunch of nonsense that someone wrote on a note card, it was more like he gave me relevant information so I can actually understand what the hell he was talking about and saw how it related to us and the issues we had with our sleep. I myself have hip problem and my wife thinks I snore. I wasn't overloaded with with useless statistics I was shown A few options catered to my needs and provided with the actual relevant knowledge of how it would benefit us. And he said give it a few weeks to get used to The change before making a decision and after the first couple nights I almost took it back thinking I messed up. I didn't though because of the fella seem so sincere that I believed in few more nights because how they stood for their brand. I sure am glad that I listened because I've never slept so good in my life. Almost forgot, I'll be sending lunch over this week the store because it felt like home. This owner is a scum bag. He delivered us a used mattress with a burn hole in it. From that point, the mattress itself caved in. He told us he didn't have the matress he originally sold us in stock, so we got an "upgrade." This matters was dropped off repackaged. After 1 month, the whole mattress caved in. We started itching after the first day. Bed bugs!!!! This was the $149 Queen bed special advertised on the front window, which cost us $300.After telling us we had a one year warranty, the owner called us back, swearing at us and yelling "good luck with getting a new mattress, asshole!" We are contacting the Better Business Bureau, this guy is a scam artist that resells old mattresses. This is illegal, disgusting, and immoral. We have a cabin in Tahoe. I needed to get another mattress. I reached out after hours and they texted me some options back that evening. Continued to text in the morning. I found a good value and as I placed my order - called the store to make sure everything would be good as I wanted to pick up same day. Bret told me the price was the same in store and online...I purchase online and he made sure the mattress showed up in the system and had everything ready for me when I showed up. This mattress store is run by kids. Chaz, the owner, makes excuse after excuse about why the mattress can't be delivered. The receipt actually states they can take 45 days for the mattress to arrive at the store. No inventory is available for immediate purchase. That's how bad their supply chain is. 45 days. After 2 weeks of excuses I had enough. Deliveries only arrive on Friday. When the mattress doesn't arrive they don't call. When they make an appointment and break it they don't call. read more
