Go somewhere else. We've bought many things here over the years but this last purchase is our last. No wonder the stores are closing. My husband saw a clearance table. There was a glue problem. He figured he could fix that and put it on the wall side. He doesn't have the best vision and the was NOTHING marked on the tag. Well- when he got it home under normal light things what we saw. Brought it to Customer Service, Renee Ho and she said it was obvious to anyone. Not with that lighting.

DO NOT PURCHASE A STRESSLESS CHAIR FROM SCANDINAVIAN DESIGNS AND AVOID THE STORE IN ROCKLIN/ROSEVILLE, CA. I paid over $3K for a Stressless Chair off of the showroom floor. Two years later the base broke. The chair is only used minimally . . . two adults in the house who weigh 160 pounds and no children. The store in Roseville said the chair was no longer under warrantee since I bought it off the floor (two years ago). I was told I would have to call a repair technician myself to get an estimate on repairs. The tech came and said, I would have to order a new base myself from the manufacturer and then call to have someone install it. The manufacturer no longer makes a base that will fit this chair. I feel scammed by the Roseville store. Buyers beware! We've been purchasing furniture from Dania and Scandinavian Design for three decades (for both homes and business). The manager in Rocklin/Roseville, CA is rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Vacaville is a much better store with superior customer service. We will never go back to Roseville.

May I respond and express my appreciation for a response to my not so flattering evaluation of your business. Ok fair enough but I have been looking into Scandinavian over the last year intending to use this aesthetic for my home. There is a plethora of businesses that have a standout modern quality and the price points are not prohibitive. I am going to list the most beautiful and quality that have impressed me . Also keep in mind Scandinavian furniture has a youthful feeling. Not heavy and leathery. 1. Montana Mobler the most beautiful shelves and finishes . An array of colors and not common. 2. Muuto beautiful upholstered furniture 3. & tradition they have the little Petra chair, in my mind best reflects the Warm Nordic look 4. Softline Dk convertible sofas which converts to a futon bed beautiful chairs poufs and small tables 5. Woud 6. Mater the best coffee tables 7. Ferm accessories

Pillows, throw blankets and dog not included

Bought this sectional a year ago. It is comfortable and a good size for my family. My only problem with it is that the fabric is difficult to keep clean as it is woven and it is pilled up and very worn in the areas people use the most after just 12 months of use.

My future couch! I ordered it custom, so it's going to come in 3-5 months and be half the size

I took a wrong turn and ended up in this plaza, and when I saw there was a World Market I decided…read moreit was meant to be and stopped in. There's plenty of parking available in the lot and the store is very large. Right now they have all of their holiday items out including candy, treats, ornaments, decorations, and more. A good portion of the store is dedicated to these specialty items right now. I did a quick loop and grabbed some World Market brand olives (they're great) along with some seasonal candies to use as small presents since I don't always get the chance to shop without my significant other. I decided not to go overboard this visit and went to the checkout. It was a Tuesday afternoon, but I think they must not have had enough employees in for the day because there was one poor employee at the register with a line of people. It looks like they have capacity for six check out stations but only had the one open. I ended up spending more time in line than I did shopping and made the mistake of picking up a couple more items near the checkout line without having a basket to hold them. Next time I'll grab a basket. Overall it's a nice store with a large selection, just be ready to wait in line for a while.

First, I checked Bed, Bath, And Beyond which is next door to World Market; however, their inventory lacked EVERYTHING what I needed or wanted-sad . . . Next~Let's sashay checking World Market's inventory: While perusing World Market, I must first stop and taste the coffee and tea brewing . . . Lovely. Afterwards, cruise towards the left rear of World Market checking the current wine and food in stock. Proceed towards the right side of World Market investigating all the furnishings then, checking the QC for clothing and bath products. What are these I noticed from the corner of my POV???? Ahhhhh~The six-foot, cotton, no rubber backing, bathroom runners I have searched countless stores and online are HERE-EUREKA: Best of all, none of the bathroom runners were made in China~SCORE . . . I purchased two six-foot, cotton, no rubber backing, bathroom runners and two three-foot cotton, no rubber backing throw rugs, too . . . These are MINE now~lol!

I've been coming to antique trove for years with my mom and other friends, and I'm very happy every…read moretime I visit. It usually takes us about 3 hours to walk through the entire store. The staff has always been friendly and ready to help us with any questions we have, and they even have shopping carts at the front of the store! For those who have never been to an antique store before, it's set up into dozens of little square 3-walled rooms. Each one of those sections is usually ran by a vendor who is setting up their own stuff on consignment, and in charge of their own pricing. Because of that, prices are very volatile here. There was a vendor who was selling antiques for only a few dollars because he had so much and just wanted it all gone, while others are selling things for way more than they're worth (I'm looking at you vinyl vendors). I used to appraise records and one common mistake people make is they look up the record and assume the expensive one they see online is the exact same one they have. Only issue is that the value is determined by the pressing and they're looking at a rare one, not the one they have. There was a Star Wars record that goes for $200 online if it was original pressing. In Antique Trove is was being sold for $200, but it wasn't the original pressing and was warped. Nobody is paying for that. So prices can be dirt cheap or insanely overpriced depending on who the vendor is. What I can say about the inventory though is that all these vendors have such different products. Some are only selling vinyl, others had antique guns, furniture, masks, lamps, clothes, etc. It's easy to find something you'll enjoy. It does take a while to be rung up, because they have to manually input everything and record which vendor the items you bought are from, but the staff is friendly while doing it. Just don't expect them ring you up as fast as other retailers. My biggest gripe with antique trove is the back of it. Outside is a big backyard full of products that just feel...neglected. We've found some cool stuff that is covered in webs that are months old. How do I know they're months old? It's because we come here every few months and the same webs are out there. It's always the same exact products out there with the exception of a couple selling or a few more being added, but 99% of the inventory stays the same outside. It feels like a graveyard where those products go to die. I always feel sad walking around out there. On the bright side though, there is a vending machine right next to the door and I always grab myself a snack because I'm starving with how many hours we spend inside. The 3 giants of antique and thrift stores nearby would be Midway Antiques, Antique Trove, and Stardust Vintage Emporium. With Midway having closed a couple years ago, Antique Trove and Stardust are the two I visit the most. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Each space is curated by different sellers and has its own vibe and selection of items. Depending on what you're looking for you'll be able to browse and search through the spaces for hidden treasures. The prices range and you'll be able to find some similar pieces from different sellers at different prices. There's even an outdoor area that has signs, decorations and more. I ended up finding some beanie babies that I used to have as a kid for a good price and went home with three of them. While we were browsing the staff kept offering us baskets to carry the items we found, although some of the spaces were very close quarters and I decided it was easier to carry items instead of using the basket. You'll want to be careful not to knock anything down and to take a good look in each area so you don't miss anything.
