    Burned puzza

Burned puzza for cowboy game. Last week they forgot the pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. My Next door post of this includes many neighbors saying it had gone down hill. Sadly I must agree.

Pizza here is really tastey. Big slices with a nice crust and they dont scimp on the toppings. You can basically build your own or choose from a combination from the menu. Service is quick: no complaints here. Very satisfied with pizza everytime i choose Lovers.

It has been a few years since I've been to this location, the Lover's on Garland Rd is now closer. The place has not changed at all since my last visit. The slices are still large, and have gone up a bit in price. I used to get two slices for about $5 and now it is $7. I may be not correct but I thought the sausage was crumbles but now they are like pellets. I prefer the crumbles. The crust was not as crisp or as thin as I remember. But I was stuffed after two slices. They still bring your slices to you, so service has not changed. The ambience is still similar to what you would find in a suburb of New York or New Jersey. Overall, not a bad experience and I would return.

"I can't believe we don't eat here more often." - my family Well, we definitely will start eating here a lot more! My family just ordered pickup from Lover's Pizza & Pasta for the first time in a long time. The restaurant uses authentic Italian recipes and fresh ingredients to make everything taste delicious and flavorful! We never dine in because we find their location convenient for delivery or pickup but, the restaurant is charming/cozy and the staff is friendly. FYI: it's BYOB. They serve large portion sizes so you'll have plenty of leftovers. Their pastas come with salad and bread. The calamari, fried to perfection, comes with two types of sauces. The pizzas come in four different sizes, starting at 12 inches, and they offer three varieties- thin, thick, and gourmet (we ordered thin, including one "build your own" pizza). Plus, you can order by the slice. Overall, they offer a little bit of everything to meet any family member's expectations when ordering Italian food. We look forward to trying the entrees and sandwiches, as well as the desserts, next time!

Definitely the best pizza in the white rock area. Quiet little hole in the wall joint near Casa Linda. I waited too long to try this pie out. Fantastic, delicious and great crust. They always deliver faster than you expect. Family owned and operated. Old-school pizza joint. You must try.

Conveniently fixed in the Lakewood Village strip with plenty of parking.

Needed some phenomenal pizza & pasta To-Go for "The Last Supper" since I'm starting The Keto Diet tomorrow, and Lover's was definitely above average. ~ Ordered: * 12" Cheese / Pepperoni & Hamburger pizza * Fettuccini Carbonara * side of Alfredo sauce * and an iced tea. ~ Total: $26.36 before tip. (Very reasonable price). The food was piping hot and perfectly packaged up for To-Go presentation. The portions were huge and plenty. Easily three meals for an adult. The pasta came with a side salad and two garlic knots. I'm not usually a fan of garlic knots, but these were some of the better ones that I've tasted. The house dressing is what made the salad for me. It was a unique reddish color and quite good. Iced tea tasted fresh and they do have lemon wedges, which was a nice touch. The Fettuccini Carbonara was excellent for the price and extremely filling. Very flavorful and topped with fresh parsley. I do NOT regret the Carbohydrates. AT ALL. Pizza was very good. It wasn't dry and had plenty of toppings. 12" was the perfect size for a carb-hungry girl around that time of el mes. The crust was New York style thin, but fluffy and fresh. A+! Alfredo sauce was above average, but not up there with the best like Kenny's Italian Kitchen. The viscosity was very good though and free of any unwanted chunkiness or separation. You can't go wrong for the price. The restaurant staff wasn't overly welcoming and may even be considered borderline rude by some paying customers, but I didn't mind. I was there for FOOD, not smiles. I always tip, even for To-Go orders. If you're a cheap bastard though, you might be a little peaved with the level of customer service or lack thereof. I would definitely recommend this little spot if you have a hankering for some good Italian comfort food at a very decent price.

We recently moved here from California, so every restaurant we try is a first-time experience for us -- and Sean set the bar incredibly high. From the moment we sat down, he ensured that we were taken care of with a level of attentiveness and professionalism that is genuinely rare to find. Sean knows the menu inside and out -- from cocktails to entrées -- and every recommendation he made was spot on. We trusted his guidance completely, and he did not let us down. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, he never missed a beat. He checked on us consistently without ever being intrusive, anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and made our date night feel truly special. We usually aren't the type to leave reviews, but this one felt absolutely well-deserved. While the entire staff was kind, Sean is absolutely an asset to Pizzana. His knowledge, energy, and impeccable service transformed our first visit into one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. He is the kind of server who makes you look forward to returning -- and we definitely will be back because of him. Highly recommend asking for Sean. He is definitely a rockstar.

Hands down Two Guys makes the best pizza in town! They make…read moretheir dough from scratch and it's delicious. Our standard order is a large three topping with pepperoni, real Italian sausage and onions. You've got to try onions as that touch of sweet helps with all the savory flavors. We always include a side salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing for a small charge $2.55! You've can also purchase their homemade salad dressings by the pint or quart. The pizza takes a minute to get made so the salad calms our appetite. I swear it's cheaper to get a glass of their house wine than to get a glass of tea so don't hesitate to order. This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. Pricey poisoning nightmare!…read more What was supposed to be a fancy celebratory night out ($725 with tip) at Drake's for my MIL's birthday ended with one of our family members in the ER and another 2 attached to the toilet (including my 72 MIL). This was roughly 6 hours after consuming seafood from this establishment. The frustrating part is we actually sent one of the 2 dishes back reporting to staff it had a strange odor/taste and was told we weren't familiar with lobster taste (being from NY this is untrue). My MIL was too embarrassed to send hers back so she ate her entire plate and my husband had about 1/4 of his before exchanging it for an alternate dish. As an emergency service provider I fully understand medical incidents like this can happen anywhere, but what prompted this review was way the situation was handled following my reporting. After reporting the incident to management we were met with what felt like an aggressive line of questioning about the members of our medical team and related details. I was told the incident would be escalated to upper management and the team would reach back out, but this never happened, even after a follow-up email. So, it's safe to say after spending a significant amount of money on what was supposed to be a special evening, the entire experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. At the very least, I would have expected some sort of gesture of goodwill or attempt to make the situation right -- even something as simple as a gift card or invitation to return for a better experience. Unfortunately, that never happened. Based on this experience, I would not choose to return and cannot recommend Drake's to others.
