I'll barely switch it up and add a design for special occasions but for the most part I like a plain ombré with translucent glitter. The service at first wasn't the greatest but it was doable because I am particular and didn't want to have to look for a new nail salon. The service started getting worse and the nail techs would argue that what I wanted wouldn't look good. I like a clear base and they kept trying to talk me into a pink base which in my opinion doesn't look good and if I'm paying for a service I'm not going to walk around with a color I don't like. For me the last straw was when I brought my daughter with me to get our nails done for Christmas. I had made a reservation for both of us and they made her wait while they took other walk ins because I refused to have them out gel on my minor. I told them specifically due to her age regular nail polish is all we wanted. As we were finishing up one of the techs proceeded to give every customer in the salon a "Christmas gift" except me and my daughter. Which I thought was so rude. I tip well and don't expect gifts in return but to blatantly do that to myself and daughter was beyond me.

The place was very well organized, well ventilated, and bright. All the ladies there were extremely nice. The pedicure was really relaxing. They exfoliate your feet and the lower part of you leg. They also massage it with a hot stone. It felt really nice. They even hang your coat up for you and help carry your purse, shoes & socks. The manicure was really nice. They were really meticulous and cut & filed the nails well as well as pushing back the cuticles. The drying station is really spacious and clean. They even give you a back & neck massage while you're drying your nails with no extra charge. I heard the phone ringing every 10 minutes, with the lady at the desk saying they were all booked up. This place is popular! I called on Thursday to book for Saturday. I recommend booking early! Will definitely come again. :)

The female attendant that did my pedicure didn't do that great a job. My pedicure felt rushed. This was my second time using the same female attendant and the work was poor both times. I've had work done at this nail salon before always by male attendants and I always left extremely pleased. Consistency matters so I might have to try a new salon. The service isn't friendly. The workers aren't all nice. The salon has been updated and it's cleaner than it was before so that was a plus.
