A wonderful, clean place to get pampered. The stasis is very friendly and the prices are good!

Linda and her eyebrow waxing skills made me feel like a person again. I haven't had a decent shape…read moreto these brows since February 2020. Thanks Linda! The nail techs were all busy when I went there and they had people lined up waiting to have their nails done. Maybe I'll try it one of these days. I only had to wait about 5 mins before Linda came in and took care of me.

Writing this as I'm sitting in the chair for the second time in 1 week. I was a new customer coming…read morein right before my honeymoon for a full gel set. I was told this costs $70. Reasonable. I arrived and was told the tips are an additional $10. This didn't make sense to me but I agreed and got the tips. (Crystal tip gel set is also $70 so you tell me where the issue is). Btw I had to ask him 4 times to file my nails straight because every single one was crooked on an angle. My nails ended up costing me $105 for a full set with 4 nail designs. Whatever. It was my honeymoon I didn't want to argue, I just figured I'd never come back. 3 days later my middle nail separated and popped off. The next day, my thumb nail came off. The following day, 3 nails on my opposite hand separated and cracked off. Photos attached. I called and told them what happened In less than a week- I was advised no manager was in the shop (on a Saturday..?) and to come in when I got home. I sat down in the Salon and was asked to pick my color. I showed the girl doing my nails and the owner what happened, along w timestamped photos of what happened and when. The owner goes on telling me it's time for a fill in. Now anyone who's ever had nail sets on knows that you don't get a fill every week. I barely had any growth as it is. I wanted my nails fixed and that's it. He told me- well we can fix the broken nails but to change the polish on the other 5 nails would cost $30. I said absolutely not - I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I have no problem leaving a generous tip for helping but I'm not paying $30 for polish. That's absurd. I said just fix the nails and I'll have them polished elsewhere. So he got on the phone for a few minutes and tells me $20 is the best they can do. I said no thank you and he scoffed back at me with nothing else to say. I don't know how this place has good reviews- the owners are ripping everyone off and nickel/diming every person who walks in the door. Will NOT be returning and will be advising others to stay away. It's a shame because the other techs do a decent job from photos I've seen. I hope the owners read this and realize what went wrong here. I'm a business owner myself and I would never treat a single client of mine this way. EDITED TO UPDATE: and of course- after just getting fixed on Monday; one of those same nails broke off. Again. I've never experienced this. EVER. And they charge top dollar? Crazy.

Small, low key nail salon with no bells and whistles, but sweet staff and high quality UV gel…read morenails. I went in with acrylic nails on requesting a fill in and was told they only do UV gel, not acrylic. Offered for me to pay the fill in price to get my acrylic removed and a new set of pink and white UV gel. I was hesitant for $60 but saw other ladies getting UV gel and they looked great. My UV nails look and feel so much healthier than acrylic ever did, so much more natural too. The ladies were very nice and reminded me to come back in 2-3 weeks for a fill in- I definitely plan to! Prices are a bit high for the salons quality, $28 for a mani-pedi, but what I received was wonderful and I will be going back. Not the place to go for a spa day or relaxation, but for high quality UV gel, go for it!

I went into this nail salon looking to get UV gel fill in. I was charged for an entire new set even…read morethough only 4 of my nails needed to redone. Fine it's okay. The woman doing my nails seemed to be in a reallly bad mood. She kept huffing and sighing very loudly. I apologized many times stating that I didn't know I needed a new set, idk why I even apologized. She then proceeded to put color on my nails only for the color to completely break and not adhere on my nails. She told me to place them into the UV light and I had to stop her telling her the nail polish is bad. I don't understand how she could have not seen that. She was annoyed and took off the polish and told me to select a new color. The entire process took 2 hours. She was very unfriendly and didn't even do a good job. The entire time she kept telling me how the previous nail salon didn't do UV gel correctly - however 3 days after getting my nails done here- the pinky finger broke off the uv gel that they replaced. They are lopsided and the uv gel is bulkier on one side of the nail. I will not be returning to this location due to the treatment of your customers and terrible service. The other ladies seemed very nice but the woman I had was absolutely terrible.
