You will always feel like you're being rushed out whenever you're there there have been several occasions where I have booked appointments for me and my sister and we walk in and that only one of us can be done even though when I called, they said that they can take us both, my last straw was the fact that my sister walked in a few minutes before I did as I was parking the car when I enter the salon it's literally just my sister there with four employees I'm confused and I'm asking where should I sit? No one is saying anything so I say I'm going to the bathroom really quick they say no problem I come out my sister is drawing her toenails and they tell me. Oh no no we cannot do your pedicure because we are closing even though online it states that they close at seven and every time I go in there they tell me that they close at 7:30. I was very confused because it wasn't even seven yet And all I was asking for was a pedicure. Again, as I said, the quality of work really wasn't up to par but I once about 3 to 4 times because it was convenient and close for me and I wasn't getting any crazy designs so it's really not that hard to mess up a regular gel mani with no designs. If you're the type of person to get regular polish on your Mani and patties, I do not recommend I repeat do not recommend this place. Your nails will be chipped within 30 minutes after leaving the salon. It's like the whole staff is lazy and doesn't wanna make any money they do not listen to you. They do not give you the color you want nor the designs Because they are completely capable of doing so all they do is regular manicure and pedicures so the fact I couldn't get a pedicure and I was boarding a plane the same night so what other nail salon would be able to do my pedicure this late? I'm really bothered and confused by this as someone who owns the Salon myself I would never do this to Client me you and your sister can come get a pedicure, but my sister gets a pedicure and I'm told sorry we can't do you because we close although Google says otherwise as well as employees previous telling me that they close at 7:30?? There's too many good nail salons out and Huntington, especially lawn for us to give this business our money. They are very highly priced the quality of their work and their pricing does not match up at all. I've gotten new sets of acrylic was full designs on every finger for less than I have with basic gel was an extension with them. I'm so disgusted and heartbroken that these people could be so inconsiderate and rude at the same time speaking to me like I was a child when in fact, they are in the wrong? I've owned an operated salon for the last 15 years and never in my life. Have I ever been gaslit by customer or an employee because that's not how things are done!! I truly hope this business gets their stuff together bc I do not see them being successful !! Horrific that these people that are so rude. Only half of the stations are being used, each one separated by shower curtains between areas and plexiglass between staff member and client. My temperature was taken upon arrival and hand sanitizer was pumped into my hands as well. The colors are covered by a clear curtain so you point to your color and your technician grabs it for you. Each staff member wears gloves, a mask, and a face shield (or their eyeglasses). I just got here and I'm already so at ease with what I see. Lots of cleaning is happening between customers of course and everything is individually wrapped. Grateful for this long overdue pedicure to be completely stress free!! Happy early birthday to me!
