The spa has been in business for over 30 years, and that experience shines through in everything they do. The aestheticians and masseuses are incredibly experienced and professional. A huge shoutout to Vivian, Ting Ting, Cindy, Lily, Lisa, Lulu, and AYing--they are all fantastic! The staff is consistently warm and friendly, and the facility is always immaculate. If you carry tension, their full-body massage is heavenly. The masseuses have masterful strong hands and an intuitive ability to pick up on my trouble spots without me even having to mention them. They get deep into the tissues to ease every knot with perfect pressure. I've brought many friends and family members here for massages and facials over the years, and every single person has loved their experience One thing I love about Jing's is that they continually invest in new machines and products to bring the best technology to their patrons. Even though I have very sensitive skin, I have never had a problem with any of the products they use. I've tried their entire facial menu, and each one is fantastic. The M22IPL M22 IPL is a game-changer for sun damage! It works almost instantly to erase those summer sun dark spots. The BDR is my personal favorite. I feel so relaxed and pampered, and I always leave with my skin refreshed and glowing. The Aquafacial, Biboting, & Special Facials are all excellent and tailored to your specific needs. Pro tips: Definitely call in advance to make an appointment, as they stay busy! For extra special treat, I highly recommend enjoying a massage first to loosen up, followed by your favorite facial. Add on a head therapy at the end for the ultimate self-care experience. You will walk out feeling like a new person! With their year-round promotions and consistent high quality, Jing's is a true gem. Whether you need deep therapeutic work or a glowing complexion, I cannot recommend them enough!

This review is based on a laser hair removal treatment I received several years ago. Looking back,…read moreI realize how poorly I was treated by one staff member. For clarity, review is not about Jessica. I originally tried to book with her, but my appointment was instead handled by an older Korean woman who appears to be the owner. This owner kept pushing my boundaries and overtime, her behavior became passive-aggressive and unprofessional. For example, I felt pressured to purchase a Brazilian laser hair removal package and when I declined, she made a comment along the lines of "people would find it ugly if you didn't," which I found completely inappropriate. On another occasion, she brought in another customer or acquaintance during my appointment. I overheard the person ask (in Korean) why she was working on a Saturday, to which she responded "because of this girl," as though I were an inconvenience forcing her to be there. This made me uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Just because I prefer speaking in English doesn't mean I understand what you're saying! At the time I didn't speak up, partly because she was older and appeared to be the owner of the business. But looking back, I regret not addressing it sooner. I also noticed another reviewer described a very similar negative experience, so this clearly wasn't a one-off situation. Again, this review is not about Jessica. However, if you're a first-time Korean-American customer like me and you're given the option to book with the older Korean woman, I honestly wouldn't recommend setting up the appointment at all. It's not worth it.

Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care.
