The manicure was shellac polish French Manicure. She took her time and was so friendly. However, it's only been a week, and the corners are already chipping off. She applied the polish on my cuticle, so now it's pulled away and is catching in my hair. (I know that's natural growth but I've never had it touching my cuticle before) I've had shellac many times that lasted a month or more. But I'd definitely return for pedicures.

I went to Star Nails once for a pedicure and had a good experience so I decided to go on 7/5 for a…read morepedicure and full set (acrylic) they had a pretty long wait time but everyone was working and they were busy so I was trying to be patient. My pedicure was rushed and I did not get square cut like I asked. My nails looked ok so I paid and left. Once I got home and really looked, I was disappointed with the shape and look of my nails. It is now 7/7 and my thumb nail is lifted underneath and I have a bunch of hardened acrylic under my nails on both hands. I was there for over three hours and did not receive satisfactory service. So I went in today (7/7) and politely asked for a refund. They insisted on fixing my nails and I said did not want them to fix it. That I did not have a good experience and would prefer to just have a refund. They refused. When I asked why I could not get a refund they said they don't do that. There is no sign up that says no refund. They could see and agreed that my nails were not looking good but still refused a refund. So I left.
