I tipped and paid and left. Everyone was kind but I won't be going back. For $125 not including tip I would have excepted something similar and not this. No they aren't ugly but not what I wanted. Only downside I've found is that they don't really stick to your reservation requests (I've always chosen a specific person to do my nails when i reserve online because i get acrylic and I'd you've ever don't that before you know not all nail artists are created equal - but they rarely honor the reservation and I usually just get who happens to be available then) I still recommend them to all my friends. I was greeted at the entry and immediately sat down for a pedicure. They handed me a color wheel to choose from after I explained the pedicure I wanted. The guy who did my pedicure was nice but my service felt rushed. He completed my pedicure in 15 min. I mean he was extremely fast which made me feel as though he did mot thoroughly clean my cuticles, etc. I would come back to get serviced by someone but not the same guy. I was shocked to find that they were empty on Valentine's Day! I was welcomed in and immediately began being serviced. They offer beverages like soda, water, wine, and mimosas. I went with the classic pedicure and enjoyed the service. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing, where I usually find nail salons to be a bit overstimulating. 10/10, would definitely return!

Please don't go here. I walked in for a service for a manicure. I showed them my nails. The owner eagerly said they could do it. Mentioning we have been here for 30 years. I thought "great" he is going to do what I need. I had a shade that was a little cream and it's outside of the pink base. Most shops have it. They started to do my nails and they were wrong. I asked nicely for the color they promised when I walked in. The manager did say they had the color before my service. He then back tracked called me a "girl" even when asking to be called a woman. The owner or older guy in there took no responsibility for promising a service before they could accommodate it. Good shops confirm the colors before doing the person nails, not make excuses. I was clear before walking in. I wouldn't have stayed if that was the case. The nail tech was nice but the shorter older guy who I believe is the manager behavior was rude, aggressive toward a women, and lacked accountability. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
