That doesn't really account for how long any of the services take so how are they scheduling clients? I ended up calling because I was so confused and the guy was just rushing me saying to just book online. Ok... Just my luck I ended up getting sick the week of my appointment so I pushed my appt from Saturday to Sunday to give myself extra time to heal. Just my luck again that we had a snowstorm and I go in and they're short staffed. I walk in at my appointment time to Ben working on someone else's nails. Confused again because this was booked in advance...he asks me to sit and wait. He was not rude during my time there so I was trying to be patient. I also noticed the low amount of staff so I felt bad. I noticed the place looked very early 2000s and not updated like other new salons. Another lady came in for him but he said he has someone else next so she also waited. I waited there for probably 30-40 minutes and he finally starts on my nails. He starts going at the speed of light to do my builder gel. I showed him the inspo pic of what I wanted and he seemed super confident. He pulls out a color and it's nowhere near what I wanted. It was like a very faded mauve purple cat eye. There was also no sparkle. He painted my fingers so quick I had no chance to even analyze the color. He tried talking it up saying how nice it is when in reality I know he's just trying to get me out the chair. I tried giving it a chance and asked if he can atleast put some sparkle like the inspo to which he did. I still hated it and looked unhappy. I didn't even have him do the design because I didn't like the base. He asked if I like it and I had to be honest. He tried suggesting I come back another day to fix it but it was for my holiday party the next day! He said he didn't want me unhappy so he had another girl take them off again and repaint. I liked the new cat eye color much more. I appreciate he wanted me satisfied but I wish it was done correctly at first or communicated that they don't have the color I want. He later even showed me more cat eye colors saying "oh I forgot we had these!" Fast forward a little over a week later to Tuesday and one of my nails is breaking across and you can see an indent in the polish at the bottom of my nail. I paid $65 for this and I'm not even sure why because i called and they said builder gel refill is $45. Staff is very kind but I can't spend my money on quick service that leaves me unhappy and with a broken nail.

Some of the shops in town will do it but not clean your nails first prior to putting on the extensions. Reyna did a fantastic job with my nails. She was so careful about cleaning the nails first, and the extension itself wasn't painful at all. Other places when you go under the UV lamp to cure, it would be super painful. Not here! I asked for cateye on all my nails and I tend to prefer a shorter cut. She was able to get me exactly what I wanted! And it didn't take a super long amount of time either! For pedicures, I think they're also pretty solid here. At $30, they come in mid-range but very clean. They offer a frequent client card. Overall great salon for nails and I will be coming back!

I asked for a french tip pedicure but they didn't hear me I assume because they asked me what color nail and I said clear (again wasn't sure what they were asking for) and didn't notice later that my toenails were painted a very soft pink instead. Which was fine with me, I was mostly there for the pedicure treatment so the color didn't matter. I also decided last minute to add a manicure to match my toes. The nails were pretty average at best. The color didn't really cover my nails smoothly, I probably would've gone for a darker color if I came in with the intention of painting my nails. Overall the experience was relaxing even though my manicure was just okay. I'll come back in the future for another pedicure, I quite enjoyed that part.

I was introduced to UV GEL w/ gel color and can last forever unless you don't like seeing the nail growth gap. I get a refill every 3-6 weeks depending on the occasion. I've gotten a pedicure here and it's pretty darn good as well. Yes they're pricey but it's worth it! And if the nail color chips you can come back to get it fixed without being charged. They also have a loyalty program. I love it here.
