First and last time I ever step foot into this place. The wait was 20 mins with an appointment for two. I didn't think it was a big deal at first and I simply chatted away with my sister. Then the lady Guru (I believe that was her name) kept trying to harass my sister into getting a gel pedicure instead of a regular. After telling her regular 5 times, she still continued to do gel. My sister just let it be. I paid for the pedicure that included a massage. I believe the workers name was Ru, she put a timer and stopped before the timer went off and barely massaged both legs. My nail polish also came out crooked. They were both very busy gossiping. My sister and I were extremely uncomfortable with the overall service here. I do not want to assume it had to do with our race, however, we were not treated with respect. The icing on the cake - we saw 2 baby roaches by the pedicure area, which were quickly swept up once they noticed we saw. Every time I move one of my biggest concerns is where I'm gonna get my nails done. A friend recommended Annie's to me and I am so thankful to her. I've been going for about seven months, and I absolutely love it. They do such a fantastic job, and they really take pride in their work. Gel pedicure is a normal part of my routine. Never had a problem with having it done. Only visited Annie's Nails 4 times for gel pedicure as I just moved to NJ. Place is clean but subpar service. 3 out of the 4 times I have been a bit hurt - either nicked here and there but nothing serious notify anyone (stupid on my part). I had to notify someone and give feedback this time as she had filed the nail further than normal which stung and hurt... she went to get something to disinfect and asked for advice from her coworker. Her coworker blamed it on me instead of asking if I was okay, stating "Your nails thin that's why. Let's put some acrylic powder on it." I said "No, it stings and hurts just finish up shaping it and let me pay." After finishing, they were pushing me to get color or color gel. I said just wanted to go home. Paid and told the front as they were noticing my disgruntled face as I was in pain. I told them and offered to fix it but like I said I just wanted to get out of here but thanks. I've gone a handful of times since November 2023. The first time I went-the treatment was great, got a little massage as my nails were drying. Every time I've gone it's gotten progressively worst. They are rushing me out. Not pushing my cuticles back or trimming around my nail bed. The last visit they just took my polish off and slapped on the new gel polish. Didnt address my cuticles, didn't get a massage. It felt like a very rushed experience. Not sure why, but they insist on tip being in cash. Although the place is really nice, the quality of work is shoddy at best. Had a gel mani and spa pedi done. The work was done simultaneously. Pedicure was OK. Definitely not worth the $65 they charge. Manicure was terrible. $38. The lady rushed through it. She didn't make sure the whole nail was painted. When I showed her the side of my nails didn't have polish on it, she said that it was skin and not part of my nail. . Very messy job. I left for vacation the day after and realized the polish had already chipped on 2 fingers. Gel manicure is supposed to last about 2 weeks, not 1 day. I will not be going back to this place to get my nails done. I wanted to pamper myself a little and this place was very disappointing. I spent $103 plus a $20 tip. What a waste. read more

I went here about 3 times or so bc of convenience since it's right by my child's daycare. Very spotty. First time- it was amateur hour. The lady messed up my nails at every turn, was visibly frustrated and had to keep fixing so I was there past 1 hour. I picked a green color and for some reason she decided to put a white coat under which diluted the color I picked, and I ended up with a weird green. Hated it. The front desk lady then proceeded me to give me a coupon for 5 off $30. Second time I went, Emily was really good! Enjoyed my pedi and mani. Def would go to her again. Third time I went recently, the lady disappeared for 15-20 min while soaking my nails. I told Her I made appt for this time bc I have to go pick up my child at 515p. Bc she wasted all this time in the beginning, she then sped thru the manicure including only giving me two coats even though it was clear the polish was super see through. Every other nail place I been to would always do 3 coats without asking if certain colors was see thru and light. I happen to have the initial coupon with me. Upon looking at it, she and another worker gave each other weird looks and then I got alot of side eye, which made me feel uncomfortable like I'm trying to rob them, before being told no you can't use it, next time for mani and pedi. The coupon clearly says any nail service 30 and over. The mani was over that. I was totally flabbergasted- The owner or whoever it was at front desk gave me the coupon- I didn't ask for it I didn't download it I didn't get it from a third party. But yet I cannot use the coupon they gave me freely themselves while being made to feel like im trying to get over on them. I didn't really care about the 5 dollars but what kind of business is this? This place is clean and new, and has plenty of parking! The staff is super friendly, and they offer you beverages and snacks during the service. We opted for the smooth foot spa package. My massage was a little weak, but my mom loved hers. They did a great job cleaning and I loved that it came with the callus softener and scrub. The technician doing my feet made a mistake with the color, but she quickly fixed it. Overall decent value for the price, and they even have a membership where you can earn discounts off services. I used to love this place. When i moved to the area i tried them out and Annie took me on as a client. I was usually satisfied with my manicure, the pedicures not so much. Over time i realized the staff had an attitude problem, i came in on a day i did not make an appointment. I saw another nail tech (which was fine, i didn't make an appointment and just needed my nails done) and i asked for SNS dip powder - several times. When the nail tech started to do my nails i noticed she was doing acrylic, i had asked "is this sns/dip powder?" She said yes yes yes i just needed this to do the design. Ok whatever- several times i asked and each time i was told yes. There was a language barrier and i don't think she truly understood me. There is a significant price difference in what i asked for vs what was assumed (+~$30 extra). When i went to pay, amongst the other issues, i noticed the price difference. I said i was unhappy with the service today and I was only looking for SNS dip NOT acrylic and whatever else was done- the reaction i received was so disappointing and unprofessional. At first I was offered $5 off (still expecting me to pay extra for a service i did not ask for) then i mentioned i had asked for SNS, i had said that to the person doing my nails several times and although there was a language barrier I cannot control her comprehension. Annie then said to me "but you always get acrylic when i do your nails!" as if i am not allowed to change what service i get.. After the attitude i was given and the arguing, i agreed to pay for the service i asked for- Because of this i will not be back. It's a shame because i had spent over $1,000 lifetime as a client in the few months i visited the salon and thought the place was pretty nice/relaxing. read more

I've gone a few times already and EVERY TIME they do my nails it comes out soo AMAZING! They not only last long (5 weeks!) and were chip resistant, but absolutely beautiful. I didn't want to give any stars. I was referred to Annie by someone. When I got there someone else did my feet () I had to get them repolished (gel) by someone else. Then when I asked my referral what Annie looked like. I then realized that Annie had passed me along to someone (Not Annie). Whos services I was not pleased with. I let her know that I did not appreciate her giving me to someone acting as if it was her (Annie). I returned 2 weeks later for a refill and the young man drilled into my nail's instead of soaking them properly, resulting in destroying my complete nail bed on ALL FINGERS. I initially went there with color powder on my nails. They were long and strong. After receiving 2 services from Annie's. I no longer have ANY NAILS. They don't care about the nail health of their customers. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I also asked for powder color and the girl put acrylic on my nails instead. My 6 y/o daughter and I came here for manis/pedis and they came out so good. I chose a candy apple red color from the book but they didn't have it so I went for a red/orange and I loved it. It's been over 3 weeks and the polish still hasn't chipped!!!! My daughter LOVED the Elsa Pedicure Chair, it made her feel like a princess! We enjoyed the massages also!
