That doesn't really account for how long any of the services take so how are they scheduling clients? I ended up calling because I was so confused and the guy was just rushing me saying to just book online. Ok... Just my luck I ended up getting sick the week of my appointment so I pushed my appt from Saturday to Sunday to give myself extra time to heal. Just my luck again that we had a snowstorm and I go in and they're short staffed. I walk in at my appointment time to Ben working on someone else's nails. Confused again because this was booked in advance...he asks me to sit and wait. He was not rude during my time there so I was trying to be patient. I also noticed the low amount of staff so I felt bad. I noticed the place looked very early 2000s and not updated like other new salons. Another lady came in for him but he said he has someone else next so she also waited. I waited there for probably 30-40 minutes and he finally starts on my nails. He starts going at the speed of light to do my builder gel. I showed him the inspo pic of what I wanted and he seemed super confident. He pulls out a color and it's nowhere near what I wanted. It was like a very faded mauve purple cat eye. There was also no sparkle. He painted my fingers so quick I had no chance to even analyze the color. He tried talking it up saying how nice it is when in reality I know he's just trying to get me out the chair. I tried giving it a chance and asked if he can atleast put some sparkle like the inspo to which he did. I still hated it and looked unhappy. I didn't even have him do the design because I didn't like the base. He asked if I like it and I had to be honest. He tried suggesting I come back another day to fix it but it was for my holiday party the next day! He said he didn't want me unhappy so he had another girl take them off again and repaint. I liked the new cat eye color much more. I appreciate he wanted me satisfied but I wish it was done correctly at first or communicated that they don't have the color I want. He later even showed me more cat eye colors saying "oh I forgot we had these!" Fast forward a little over a week later to Tuesday and one of my nails is breaking across and you can see an indent in the polish at the bottom of my nail. I paid $65 for this and I'm not even sure why because i called and they said builder gel refill is $45. Staff is very kind but I can't spend my money on quick service that leaves me unhappy and with a broken nail.

My first visit, I was helped by Jake, who was so pleasant and didn't give me a hard time in requesting a different color for each hand so I could find my perfect match. Over the next few visits they also helped me try out different shapes until we finally landed on oval as the winner. When it came time to doing my nails for the actual wedding, Jake was so incredibly patient and took a lot of pauses to allow me to be the most meticulous bridezilla as I inspected to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. Between Jake and Tiffany, I have had nothing but positive experiences here, and have made it my new mail home. I'm excited to be past the wedding so I can go back to different colors and styles. The only reason I have given them 4/5 stars is because the salon itself feels it could use a little love. The woman, Wendy, who completed my service, cut my skin 5 times and did not apologize or address it once. She would file my nail so harsh against my skin & the tools she used made the wounds worse.
