My first visit, I was helped by Jake, who was so pleasant and didn't give me a hard time in requesting a different color for each hand so I could find my perfect match. Over the next few visits they also helped me try out different shapes until we finally landed on oval as the winner. When it came time to doing my nails for the actual wedding, Jake was so incredibly patient and took a lot of pauses to allow me to be the most meticulous bridezilla as I inspected to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. Between Jake and Tiffany, I have had nothing but positive experiences here, and have made it my new mail home. I'm excited to be past the wedding so I can go back to different colors and styles. The only reason I have given them 4/5 stars is because the salon itself feels it could use a little love. It is definitely very clean and I have seen them keeping up with sanitizing procedures, but the space could use some design love.

The prices here are about $5 to $10 higher than other salons in the area, however there's often a promo so then the costs are better than others. I had a much better pedicure experience than I did manicure. I think the interior of this salon was maybe redone recently? It seems freshly painted, but then things like the nail polishes all generally looked half empty and dried out. There are no fans or vents on the manicure stations so there is powder from when they buff the nail polish off that coats everything. Not all the tools come out of the sanitizer packs which I did not like at all. There is a really large selection of dip powders. There was an underwhelming choice of gel polish colors to choose from. My nails did not all come out the same shape - some were round while others had an odd round-square shape. I was disappointed that one of the gel nails chipped 3 days after getting it done and a few more had chipped within a week. The pedicure stayed much longer and overall looked better than the manicure.

It was demoralizing and such a bad experience I decided to never go back. Just wanted to give a heads up to all clients.
