I've been here quite a few times and it's been middle of the road, never bad, but never exceptional. I think finding the right salon is really all about finding the right nail tech though! I've seen one nail tech there around 3 times and she's always been pretty good. I've also seen one who was not as much of a perfectionist and didn't have the attention to detail that I prefer, but my nails still didn't look bad. However! I went a few days ago and ended up with a very quiet nail tech named Elizabeth. I showed her a design that I liked and she nodded her head and said okay, though she mentioned my nails might be too short. I was a little nervous but hoping for the best. My nails came out so good! I'm a tough critic but I'm obsessed with this manicure, Elizabeth really did her thing! Check the pics of what I wanted and what I got! I will definitely be going to Elizabeth the next time I have a design in mind. read more

- Elizabeth was so sweet and did an amazing job with my nails. She took her time with cleaning and prepping them which was great. She helped me pick out a great color for my wedding as I couldn't decide at first. This shade is Pina Colada. - You get what you pay for. I wouldn't say it's the cleanest, as sanitizing the tools only went as far as spraying them with alcohol, but I would definitely go back still. - Make sure you book an appointment. I booked a 10 AM Thursday appointment and within minutes the place got a decent amount of people. Overall, I'd definitely recommend if you would like a simple mani/pedi. read more

Came here because another reviewer mentioned $20 gel mani but upon arrival it's actually $25. [my review isn't all positive BUT I would consider trying this place out again] Regular mani/pedi is $35 for either men or women (mani alone $13 and pedi alone $23 so no deal for doing both) which is pricier than waterfront for manicure alone. Now I'm not particular unhappy with it because the mani is ok (not great) but It's a very simple place that didn't appear to use enough equipment sanitation beyond a diluted alcohol spray on the items before using (maybe I'm wrong but that's what it looked like). There's a wall with prices that makes it seem like if you get a set or tips, there's a lot of up charges (I heard the girl near me shockingly say "it's more for coffin shape??"). $25 isn't a bad price (file, clean cuticles, buff, apply gel, light and quick hand massage, no hot towels like other spots, and you're done) but I might consider spending the $5 more near the waterfront for a slightly more "luxurious" treatment. I will say that the woman doing my nails spent a good amount of Time cleaning my cuticles which I appreciated because they've been bad during COVID. Staff seemed nice so I might come back to try the pedicure. read more

I came here for the first time about a week ago in desperate need of a mani pedi but especially a pedicure. I've lived in the area for just over a year but I haven't gone to any nail salons yet. Even though I was able to walk right in and have a tech work on me, overall it took almost 2hrs and I was just getting basic polish, not any gel or acrylic that might take a long time. So, for that reason alone I most likely won't come back. My tech was amazing on my feet but on my hands it wasn't so great and felt like a rush job. She didn't do a good job of pushing back my cuticles thoroughly before she started with the nippers so my cuticles look ragged from where she was too aggressive. Within 2 days I started getting hang nails and snagged skin which only happens when someone cuts too much. At one point she ended up cutting me to the point I bled. To their credit, even tho they don't carry Essie or OPI here, whatever polish they *do* use seems to last pretty well. I got my nails done about 10 days ago and it's only now starting to chip. Prices are reasonable as well for a basic mani pedi. But the cuticle thing is a big issue to overcome, I doubt I'd come back here. read more

First time doing my nails at this location. I was willing to give it a try and was surprised by how fast I was able to get a nail tech. The lady was friendly but that's about as positive of a experience I received. I requested a full set and as soon as she started working on my nails, I knew it would be bad. I had to constantly ask the lady to fix this or that. I even had to ask for my cuticles to be cut! My nails were all uneven and extremely thick. When I asked for them to be fixed again and again anddddddd again, the lady didn't seem pressed about it and told me it would look better at the end. Once the polish went on, it highlighted how poor the acrylic nails actually were. The pictures were taken minutes after leaving the salon. read more

I've been to this place a dozen of times and I've always gotten greeted and seen in a timely manner. But the last few times I've came in they don't even acknowledge you any more and when you walk in through the door. Last time I was there I was just coming in to get my eyebrows done and I waited a little over 30 mins until I had no but to leave because I would have been late to work. There shouldn't be no that long of a wait if there is barely anybody there. read more

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE felt the need to write a review about anything, I would just simply not go back. This nail salon is my second option when my original salon is packed. Mind you I have been here on 3 separate occasions where the first was surprisingly great in which I got a full set. At that time there was a younger staff and so I returned a second time where I absolutely hated my nails, I felt like the nail tech just wasn't experienced with painting so it's looked messy. FOR SOME REASON I went back thinking I'm just getting a manicure and pedicure I just won't let the same person paint my nails. Please keep in mind that the weather is bad rain and wind so they are extremely slow. However that also means that they will up the price to make a profit for the lack of customers. They charged me an additional 10 dollars to take off my nails,3 dollars to take off the color that she claim was power and not gel. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN POWDER IN MY LIFE. It's more expensive than color gel and I would never pay for it. AND AN ADDITIONAL 3 dollars for god knows what. SHE BECAME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and started to get loud insisting that I had powered and she had to charge me more. This place is beyond pathetic and I strongly encourage you to go else where. read more
