Our waitress sat us at a small booth close to the kitchen. I ordered coffee and their bird nest thinking... it should be fine, it's a bird nest, not a full blow whatever other huge breakfast plates they have! I was wrong. My husband ordered their famous hashbrown omelette that I felt could have fed an entire village! My bird nest came. My eyes got really big because honestly, it was the size of an eagles' nest. I apologized profusely for not finishing and since it was our last full day before moving on from Holland, I couldn't take the leftovers home. My husband felt the same way but he at least ate half of his food. To me, I think my food needed a bit more flavor but they have salt and pepper on the table.
