We never hesitated to leave her in Kelly's care. Whether for a quick overnight business trip, or a two-week European vacation, Kelly was always there to feed, walk, play with and love on our baby girl. More importantly, she went the extra mile. Quite simply, Emmy loved Kelly as family, and so did we. When Emmy was diagnosed with cancer, Kelly never hesitated in wanting to continue to care for her. Of course, this meant lots of extra effort, including more pills than one could count, being extra careful with walks, and the occasional clean-up of accidents. Kelly never acted as if this was any bother - she was just caring for one of her own. Emmy battled cancer bravely for 3.5 years, reaching remission twice. Towards the end, after we suspended treatment and begun focusing on quality of life, Kelly stayed involved. She would come to visit Emmy, and the two of them were like two peas in a pod. The bond they had was special. When Emmy passed, Kelly shared in our grief and was quick to remind us of the love that our baby girl had for us, and the love she had for Emmy. Indeed, there is something special about Kelly. I can't quite put it into words, other than to say I am incredibly grateful to have found Kelly, and would not hesitate to trust her with a family member again.

I love seeing the pictures she sends, and the dogs seriously LOVE her. We even have a little ankle-biter chihuahua and he has taken to her as well, probably behaves better for her than he does for us! We're going to be moving soon and Kelly is honestly one of the biggest things we will miss about living in Allen.

I called several vets from Google that were around where we were staying and AMCR was the only one to make room for us to come in immediately so we didn't have to go to the ER (which means $$$). Dr. King and the all of the staff at AMCR were so wonderful that even after moving, I have made the vet switch permanent. I truly feel like Dr. King cares about the health of my dogs and she always takes the time to make sure I understand what's going on - no question is too small or dumb. I've had to see her more than I'd have liked (one of my senior dogs has had a hard year) - in fact, we're about to have to get ACL surgery for him, but I feel confident he will be in great hands with AMCR. It's so nice to have a vet I really trust and also like as a person. Thankful to have found such a great vet and will continue taking both my pups there!

My cat has allergies and they're fairly severe so I decided to take a chance on another vet. I took her to Cat Hospital of Collin County. They were so warm and friendly and caring. My cat was calm and took no issue with the vet. She treated her based on her age and overall health and gave me medicines that I can easily administer without causing either of us undue stress. She will be my cat doctor as long as I have my cat.

The facility is great; whoever built it knew what they were doing. They even have a place for dogs…read morethat are a little aggressive or don't like to be touched. The dog runs have a door that can be raised for the dogs to go out in a field to run and do their business then the dog comes back to in dog run so the staff doesn't even have to touch him perfect place for my dog. When I first went in I said do y'all keep aggressive dogs and I said yes we do. I was very excited to find a place for Kujo. I went back to see where they kept them, and they showed me the door that goes out to the field for them to run. I was so happy. I explained to the staff not to pet Kujo because he doesn't like other people, he's just likes me and my wife, but they decided they need to be able to handle him and pet him. The one boy that works there, I guess he's a man got a little scratch on his arm when he was screwing with Kujo so when I called back about three or four months later, he said they can't keep him because they can't handle him. They have a great place. They just need to train their staff. Even though they have the perfect pace for working dogs that you cant pet they're not trained at all to handle those types of dogs. The boy in the picture below is the boy that caused all the problem, and he lied to me about being there when I picked my dog up. Not one word about his little scratch. They have one male that works there his name is Cole. He is in the picture below feeding Kujo a treat by hand. I had a deal with Cole and other staff to tip them $200 if they send me pictures of Kujo in the field getting his running. We are still trying to find a good place for our baby since his trainer retired. From the Pappy's manager Dee, I appreciate your reply and insight regarding your experience at our facility. I will keep it in mind. We completely understand Kujo's personal space preferences and our team accommodated for that during his previous stays. However, this is not a feasible option going forward as our staff does have to be able to handle any pets in our care. I have reminded our team of our policies for accepting pets to avoid any future uncertainty on the matter. I have also reviewed the footage and can confirm. The employee present was adhering to Kujo's boundaries when Kujo approached the employee first and bit his arm. The bite did break skin but did not require medical attention which I believe is also part of why you were not informed during Kujo's stay in February. I have discussed the correct procedures for customer communication with our guest service reps because sharing pertinent information like this should never be missed. Thank you again.
