Haley likes it there, and it's clear she enjoys the friendly, caring, and truly dog-loving staff. When I pick her up, she's a happy, tail-wagging girl--not stressed or anxious like she was after staying at other places. I only wish I had found K9U Garland years ago! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their dog will be genuinely loved and well cared for.

I have an anxious catahoula and an overly friendly lab that get treated equally well each and every stay while in their care. All I have to do is say "daycare" and they both rush to the car. I'm disappointed with our experience at Wag Hotels Richardson. I was really looking forward to…read moreliking this facility because the tour was great and the staff/customer service were all very friendly. Unfortunately, after a one-week stay, one of our dogs came home with kennel cough and the other with Giardia. The vet visits, testing, and treatment ended up costing us about as much as the boarding itself. I understand illnesses can happen anywhere dogs are grouped together, but having both dogs come home with separate contagious illnesses makes me seriously question the cleanliness and sanitation standards here. I just want other pet owners to be aware before booking.

First bonus upon walk in there is zero smell, as horrid smells in a facility is an instant deterrent for me. Trip was delayed due to inclement weather the week of 1/26/26. I was delayed in Galveston for an extra 3 days. Phoned Wags informed of situation, they extended the dates and provided extra food as I prepared enough and one extra meal. Updates were provided at minimum once a day. Mason will definitely return when boarding is needed.

Frankie trained with Cesar Millan and she really helped Ace with his separation anxiety, leash pulling on walks, and potty training. K-9 Culture is THE place for dog training. We did a lot of research on finding a board and training…read moreprogram and were incredibly impressed with K-9 Culture. We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.

I want to give HIGH PRAISE to Happy Tails for going above and beyond with their customer service…read more My family left for a vacation in Italy on July 2. My brother was staying at our house with our two dogs. Two days after we left for our two-week vacation, on July 4th, the air conditioner in our house broke. On a holiday and with a 7-hour time difference, we had to make other arrangements for our dogs. Happy Tails not only answered my texts first thing in the morning Dallas-time but they allowed my brother to drop off our dogs, even though they were closed. I had no idea how long my dogs would be there but they assured me the dogs could stay as long as we needed them to. We were in communication throughout the week as the repair status for our AC changed and Happy Tails was so responsive and accommodating.
