I typically have great experiences when I come to this location. The service is great, and they always take their time to do my nails. My nails always come out looking great, and they last for a long time. I get the gel manicures and pedicures. I don't know how they do with designs because I always get my nails plain. I would recommend coming here if you want to get quality services that last vs having to come more frequently. The prices can come off expensive if you are use to going to other nail shops; however, I think that the quality matches what they charge. read more

I came in for a prebooked appointment and the woman I was scheduled with was not even in the studio, which was not communicated with me. I waited 35 minutes past my scheduled time and she came through the front door and sat down to do my nails without washing her hands-she put gloves on but those ended up with holes during the filing process so it doesn't really cover sanitization requirements. I was cut twice and was bleeding pretty badly and the nail tech ignored this until I pointed it out and asked that my cuts be sanitized. I was charged full price with no apology for anything. The final result was poor quality, she added a bunch of builder gel to the sides of some nails to make them wider (I did not want wider, I asked for them to be tapered) and it was stuck under my nails in uncomfortable spots where it was breaking off in chunks, and the overlay was very uneven. They started lifting and were painful after 4 weeks, when russian manicures typically last me 6+ weeks. I tried booking another appointment with a different tech because I had liked this place previously. I had to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled time with no apology again, which is fine it happens, it's much better than 35 minutes. However when I finally sat down I was told "no designs" and that she could not do any nail art (I had a photo and when I was told no I asked if I could pick a different design instead) .... I had scheduled an appointment online with nail design specifically included from their service options. read more

I went to this location a few times. The first time I had a great experience with one nail tech. Nails looked great. Lasted 4 weeks. The next two times were pretty disappointing. The second time was with a different nail tech and I was not happy with the turnout. They looked pretty bad. Clumpy, lifting and peeling. She didn't do a great job with cuticles and filed my nails inconsistent shapes and length. I needed them to be redone in less than 2.5 weeks. The 3rd time I tried to schedule with one of their "more skilled nail techs." And requested a different tech when I made the appointment. I thought, maybe I just need the right girl. I sat down, she started on my nails, made it through one hand and then another customer came in. She then excused herself to do the other persons nails and I got stuck with the same girl from above. Disappointed in the experience, professionalism and overall vibe. I haven't been back since, sadly. Because I was really exited that there was a "real" Russian manicure place near me. read more

Update: when I removed the gel, I was shocked that 2 of my nails had green spots. First time this has ever happened to me.

I've been to this salon 3-4 times. My first 2 visits were fine; my nails looked great and lasted a long time. My last 2 visits have been a bad experience. I had an appt in December but still waited 30+ minutes for the nail tech. My nails came out ok, not great. In January I had an appt for 3pm. This was a no chip with strengthening (ombre french)- The nail tech was VERY rude throughout the entire appointment, kept rolling her eyes at me and sort of brushing off anything I said. About 70 minutes into the appointment she called over another technician to exam my nails. I asked if everything was ok and she rolled her eyes and said yes. At the 2-hour mark, she looked up at me and said "the polish isnt applying right, i need to start over" - when i looked down 8 of my 10 nails were horrid and the paint looked discolored and blotchy or textured. I couldn't sit there any longer because i had to pick my kids up from school so i asked if i could come back tomorrow and see another tech. I returned the following day and sat for an additional hour to have my nails redone ( a total of 3 hours at this point) - my nails looks ok, not great. The shape was fine but the paint looked like it was chipping along the top of my nail and the color wasn't cohesive. I wont be returning to this salon. read more

They really make you feel at home...and by that I mean they will leave your cuticles bleeding from the nippers and the drill and they use Beetles gel (yes, the stuff that's less than $2 on Amazon). Im typically too busy to get my nails done and finally had some time to pamper myself. At some point during my nail session I looked at my nails and was wondering if my tech was going to paint a color over my nail? After all it did seem like she built my nail with some kind of gel with a nice base color but it was transparent, not what I asked for and I figured she'd use a color coat on top- as showed in my inspo picture. She was buffing my nail with the little filer block thing and I'm wondering if she's wrapping up , so I mustered up the courage to ask "are you going to paint over with a pinky color ?" She responded "why didn't you tell me you didn't like this color why are you waiting til now to tell me ?" And I tried to explain myself but she was quite literally speaking over me, scolding me-- rolling her eyes and continuing to complain about me. I even apologized about maybe not being clear about what I wanted and at no point did she offer to change my color she just proceeded to file my nails. It was so embarrassing as other customers heard/seen the whole thing. We walked to the cashier and I asked to speak to the manager to which I was told there was no manager present, when I asked for a phone number the said tech responded she didn't have one. I approached another tech and asked to please speak with a manager. A tech speaks in a different language on the phone and then passes the phone to my original tech and the tech runs to the back of the nail salon crying. Another tech approaches me asks what I didn't like and asks me to fix my nails. I sit down and minutes later the original tech runs out from back of salon out through front door crying. Then my new nail tech answers her phone and begins to speak in her language and I can hear the person on the phone with her crying. Clearly it was the original tech that had just ran out the salon. Can you imagine the discomfort, sitting there while my tech is on the phone consoling her crying coworker who ran out the store after being rude to a first time client. I sat there and got my nails done and loved the work if im honest. Went to cashier to pay and then asked again if I could please speak with manager. Tech said I'd receive a call from someone in a few minutes and I got a call from only God knows who. The person claimed to be the manager by the name of (Naseem or neem or something with a N-- can't remember to be honest) but I'm convinced it was not a manager I spoke to. I got 10% or so discounted as if that was supposed to rectify my experience. Definitely left an extreme sour taste in my mouth. Terrrrrible customer service. Would not go back. You guys lost a customer! And I'll be sure to tell my family and friends to never even consider coming here. read more
