From…read moreour first dog, Stanley (fox terrier mix) to our current dog, Bailey (sheltie mix), Annella's superior staff is unequivocally the best around! It all starts with a meet and greet, so that their team can better understand all the dynamics and nuances of your dog. From there, coordinating scheduled walks and upcoming sittings with the team are a breeze! On the day of the scheduled walk, Annella's team gives you a heads up when they're approaching soon and will also share with you fabulous pictures of your lovely furbaby during the walk. Lastly, it ends with a recap of the walk (i.e.: how they did on the walk, if they did any business (#1 and/or #2), general observations, etc.). As an added bonus, the photo quality they send is so professional that I've actually used them as my phone background! Again, you can't go wrong selecting Annella for your pet and you certainly won't be disappointed!

One of our dogs was extremely fearful when we adopted her a few years ago. After a lot of work with multiple great dog trainers, play therapy, and eventually an SSRI, she improved a lot. But after we started her on walks with Igor and the team, she's gained even more confidence, is happier, and it's so noticeable. Also, when I was interested in making sure we could reinforce what Igor was doing on their walks, he went out of his way to show me what he does, and took us on a walk with the dogs to give us experience. Could not recommend them enough.

I've always left her with family in the past, so I was worried about how she would react. Elena was warm and and thorough from the start. She was attentive to all the details, including how to administer Mia's daily heart medication. She sent me daily updates and pictures and was very responsive to any questions. My usually shy cat cuddled, purred, and loved on her within a few days. Elena wasn't in a rush and gave Mia all the love and care she wanted. I came home to a calm and content cat. The entire process was seamless and Elena was accommodating and flexible. Her dedication and love for animals is evident and I would highly recommend her. Thanks, Elena!

Brianna and Taylor have helped us make much better lives for two verrrrry different rescue dogs…read more Brianna wound up training me more than the dogs, and really that was the key. She has wonderful communication skills with dogs and people. And Taylor's professionalism, warmth and willingness to help with every detail and any challenge have been invaluable and deeply appreciated. Brianna's encyclopedic understanding of dog behavior combined with her fluidity in decoding it for us has been so incredibly helpful. Her skills and intuition are pretty amazing. She absolutely speaks canine. Her enthusiasm for her work and the calm energy she radiates are contagious and extremely instructive. Both of our dogs (our older guy is gone now) benefited immensely from their work with Brianna. And we've had richer and dare I say less stressful relationships with both of them because we understand so much more, thanks to her. If you couldn't tell, I recommend Kapooch as highly as possible. I would definitely ask for her as the sitter or walker whenever I need them again. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is for not offering to at least give us a discount after our dog ingested hard pieces of plastic while in their daycare with Norma. He came home and started to vomit right away and after the 3rd time he did it, I decided to take him to his vet to see if his intestines were clear - if not, his life could have been in danger. I'm glad that at least he vomited them all as seen in an x-Ray and he only needed to take some tablets for his upset stomach. I also understand that we can get distracted while taking care of a puppy, but I didn't like the fact that I spent +$300 due to someone else's distraction and wasn't offered anything to compensate it somehow and rebuild my trust. I expected more than a follow up over text.
