I very much appreciated the options presented to us, in case we wanted to go the private party sale route; and the no nonsense, yet pleasant and friendly treatment received, along with the fair cash payment. Communication was friendly, clear, concise, and timely, and they came as soon as we were available. Gladly recommend!

The world would be a better place if we had more businessmen like him. Thanks very much!!

I called and was able to bring my StarCraft Travel Star trailer in the next week for the broken awning. The owner was awesome and was able to get the awning covered through warranty and went above and beyond for us. When I dropped it off for the awning, I mentioned that the fridge wasn't operating on propane like normal and they took care of that for us too while they had it. As a new trailer owner, I'm grateful to have found a locally-owned repair shop that is reliable and trustworthy. Overall, amazing customer service and response time! I have a feeling I'll manage to mess up quite a few more things in my trailer, and this is where I'll be taking it when I do!

Upon arrival at the destination, the driver {"Dean") demanded an additional $40 because it was company policy to not drive on dirt (there was 50 feet of gravel City of Tempe alley to traverse in order to get to my driveway). Upon my refusal, Dean said he would not unload the vehicle without additional payment. I instead called the City of Tempe police. They arrived and we ultimately settled on a fee of $139 to unlead the car (which the driver just left in the middle of the alley). I am 70 years old. I needed to have my daughter and friend help me push the car out of the alley and into the driveway. With respect to "service, quality, and value" I would rate them NO STARS.

I will be reporting this company to the BBB and Lyft has been made aware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU'D LIKE TO CONTINUE TO BE STRANDED! Edit #2 - After this review happened, they also happened to change the number and the name of who owns this page. Just an FYI.

This dealer is not honest. I went to test a vehicle I saw on Edmunds.com for $3995 however when I…read morearrived, it was listed as $7995. I was told to ignore that, so I asked about having the car checked out by my local mechanic, I was told YES I could do that. Then I was given a story about mechanics saying things are wrong with a vehicle when they are not...suspicious about this pre-story, I didn't test drive the vehicle. Later I looked up the vehicle via the posted VIN number and found out that the car was $1500 on KBB, so I contacted the dealer to discuss the discrepancy. I was told that the VIN number doesn't include various features that drive up the price, they sent me a form stating the value of the vehicle is $7k approximately...the number I was supposed to forget about earlier. I then was told that they paid more for that vehicle than the KBB value, so no deal could be made. I was also told that they looked it up and it was the price they sent me, my information was somehow not correct or not including the special features. In one day they lied and attempted a "bait n switch". UNTRUE STATEMENTS: 1.) The VIN doesn't include all features for that exact vehicle 2.) My mechanic may exaggerate the issues with the vehicle 3.)
