She is kind and approachable without judgment. I'm not as nervous and usually comfortable whenever I visit. I usually get a few services and it's always less than an hour. I've been going here (not consistently) but I keep coming back because of the great experiences that I've had. This place is clean and nice. Parking is not the best during lunch hours. But in the early mornings, you'll definitely have a spot especially since two spots are reserved for Bare Waxing and Laser.

Received a call this morning from a receptionist at this location asking me if I wanted to book my…read morenext appt. as she saw I was in 6 weeks ago. I kindly explained to her that I was using an underarm wax pass that I had remaining from when I used to wax with EWC several years ago. I no longer wax with EWC (switched to lasering). Took some time to explain to her that I discovered that I had 1 remaining unused wax pass after reaching out to tech support to delete my online personal information. She proceeds to make me feel uncomfortable, then cuts me off with a hmm ok no worries before she abruptly hangs up the phone on me. @EWC just a tip. If your business strategy to bringing in more people is calling them, then being rude to them when they give you a response you don't like you're going to end up losing more customers than retaining. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped waxing with EWC in the first place. Additionally, the underarm wax I did those 6 weeks prior was patchy and the specialist was 20 minutes late. Funny how EWC has such a strict late policy, but can't equally respect other people's time.

I gave my name and showed my appointment confirmation email and text message. Normally that is enough. I don't understand why this location is so difficult. My waxer was 20 minutes late. The appointment after me also showed up and was waiting. Two people waiting for appointments in lobby for the same waxer. My appointment was at 1pm. Theirs was 1:15pm. I waited 20 minutes for my appointment. Alyssa was my waxer and she was good. She did miss a lot of hairs though. My fiancé was like confused that there was still hair right after my wax. When I first came I was starting to see texture and kinda rough patches on my face/cheeks. I started seeing Satik to help manage those flare ups. Her treatments helped my skin so much. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.

While not painless she applies pressure on the more painful parts after she pulls the wax, but that could just be me and my pain tolerance.
