I had a broken galaxy s8+ that need a replacement lcd and screen. Messaged the guys at Love 2 Fix and they responded with a quote within 10 minutes. Great service for such fast respond time. I'd use their services if I need to again. read more

Wow this place is awesome. I went in to get my phone repaired and the guy John at the front desk was so knowledgable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Relatively inexpensive and I love supporting small business. And hey, they fixed my phone! read more

Love 2 Fix does okay work, but their business practice leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I went in, I had an iPad screen fixed. They quoted me a price of $75, then ended up charging me $105. The excuse? Their price list wasn't up to date when they gave me the estimate. The second time was for an iPad mini screen. They quoted me around $250 and ended up charging me around $300. They didn't give me any reason -- just charged me $50 more than they quoted me when I picked it up. Last time I took an iPhone in to have it unlocked. They quoted me $90 then called me later to tell me it would be $125. At least this time they called me, unlike the other two times. The excuse? Their price list wasn't up to date when they gave me the first quote. Not only is raising the price after the quote unethical, it's illegal when they don't get authorization before proceeding with the work like they did the second time. I won't be going back. They're close to home and I like to do business locally, but I will be going to a place further away next time. read more

Love2Fix has good service, good location, the product I wanted, convenient parking. RR

This place is great! I took my iPhone 7 Plus in to get a shattered screen fixed and they did a great job for about $40 less than what apple charges. They even noticed my headset speaker needed repair and repaired the part at cost...they rock! read more

Very nice staff. Answered all of my questions. Prices are very reasonable and the wait times are great. I had my phone fixed same day, within the hour! You can't beat that. If you have a broken phone, or anything else, make sure to check them out. I will be recommending them to friends. Overall very happy and impressed. read more

Thank you love2fix for fixing my husband's HTC one m8. I know it's old but we didn't want to buy a new phone and all it needed was a battery so yay!!! read more

I usually replace cracked screens on smart phones and tablets myself, so I'm pretty familiar with the repair. After receiving a bad replacement screen that I ordered from Ebay, I didn't want to wait for a new one to arrive, so I decided to have it repaired by a professional. Love 2 Fix was highly rated, and Chris gave me the lowest quote. These guys are legit and super friendly! They thoroughly explained what they will do without any surprises. They fixed my iPhone 6S within 20 minutes, and I couldn't be happier! I also brought in my 10 year old laptop with a boot-up problem, and they fixed that close to nothing. Look for discounts on Yelp and in their website. I traveled all the way from Elk Grove to Carmichael, and it's totally worth the drive. I hope I don't need any electronics repairs soon, but if I do, Love 2 Fix will be my go to place. read more

This is a proper electronics repair store. I had a micro soldering job I needed done and not a single repair place would touch it. I drove half an hour out to Love 2 Fix and I'd do it again, and most likely will. These guys know their craft, which is depressingly rare in "tech" repair places these days. At every other shop I had to walk them through, several times, what my problem was. As soon as I came in, Chris knew exactly what I was talking about and in the time I thought it took to test the capacitor, he already had the job finished. Apple wanted $500 to replace the whole board. The other guys had no idea what the problem was. Chris at Love 2 Fix had me out the door in 20 minutes for less than I was quoted, which was less than half the price I expected. Thanks for turning my glorified paperweight into a functioning computer again, which I am using to write this review, kernel-panic free! read more

You did not reject my repair. I didn't let you do the work because you required me to sign a waiver relieving you of any liability should you break my lcd in the process of replacing the glass. You are a business and supposed to be a professional. Successful legitimate businesses typically are set up to eat those costs. I've never gone to a mechanic to replace an alternator or a part and been asked to sign a waiver that if they ruin my electrical system or engine they're not liable. Lol. Good luck with your business. From the looks of your reviews I'm not the only one that's had this issue with you. Also, you should disclose the waiver on the phone during the original quote instead of having customers drive all the way to your store and then dropping it on them. Feels like bait and switch. read more

Thank you very much for doing an amazing job fixing my phone, in such little time! It took you only 40 minutes!!! I went to some other place and they were charging 119 for changing a cracked screen for my Samsung Galaxy, and on top of that, he said i was going to be without my phone for abt 5 days!!! Ridiculous! This guy fixed my phone in less than 1 hour and charged me only 69! And gave me a tempered glass to protect my screen for free! And because i was military he gave me a 10 % off!!! What a deal! Im so happy and been telling everyone abt him! Awesome job! Best place ever!!!! read more

My Samsung S5 charging port needed to be replaced. I had originally took it to Batteries + who told me they could replace the port, BUT if the glass breaks during the repair I would have to pay an additional $150 plus the port charge cost $70. I walked out and called Love 2 Fix. They replaced my charging port in an hour for $59.99. So pleased with their service. This will be my go to for repairs. read more

My first attempt to have my charging fix I worked around your schedule. As I mentioned above, you gave me a set time to come pick it up. I called ahead of time to confirm if it was ready. You told me it was not ready. The time I waited until 7:20 is because YOU told me my laptop would be done by 5:30. When I arrived it was still not ready when you guaranteed it would of been done by 5:30. Second: If my speaker was working perfectly fine BEFORE I brought it in and it stopped working after I got it back. Just to discover the cord got disconnected and Love To Fix was the ONLY place that opened my laptop during that time frame. Third: Even though I empathize with you on your bug, it should not be an excuse to give to customer when customer service is not at bar. Everyone has experience the "bug" before, but if you want to be a leader then you should take responsibility of your own actions. Fourth: I also came during business hour so how did I made you work around my schedule. I had to work around my schedule to accommodate with your employees vacation time where I had to wait longer and drive across the city because he leaves at 5. Just a tip for the future: 1. maybe try to stay more organize so you could prioritize devices according to the deadline you promise customers. example: get a calendar? 2. keep track of who paid or not. Good thing I paid with my credit card because when I was ready to leave with my laptop you guys said I haven't pay yet. read more

This is a great place to get your phone's screen replaced. He does the job very well and very fast. I will have to give his shop the five stars and will be returning soon with another repair. Also he has the best prices in town i've looked at multiple places before i found him on accident on craigslist, he beat other stores price by $35 on the iphone6 and $25 on the 4. I will Absolutely Will Be Returning To This Place Should Any Accidents Occur In The Future. read more

***WARNING***STAY AWAY!!! Going here resulted in the worst service experience ever in my 33 years of life. Regardless of how pleasant or efficient of experience you had or might have the primary thing you should know is the owner Chris is an outright **LIAR**. After waiting a week for my iPad mini 2 screen to be repaired my mother had to eventually pick it up because I was only in town for the holidays. When she returned it to me the screen was still wiggling out or experiencing "phantom touch", which was why after having a cracked screen for 8 months I eventually took it in for repair because the touch issue was worsening. However with a new screen, the issue was not resolved, in fact it was WORSE than before I took it there. When I called to complain and berate Chris about how he could have charged me for such gross incompetence he claimed he had offered to return it to my mother free of charge, but that she insisted on paying. Of course that sounded odd to me and calling her to ask if this was true proved it was a complete fabrication on his part. He told me an outright, easily fact checked lie, involving MY MOTHER, how can a person be more insulting? Of course there's also the fact I went there twice at a time when I was told it would be ready only to be told it was not. With NO PHONE CALL prior to me going there expecting it to be done. The third time I called beforehand, it was not done. Then I was told it would be done by closing Monday, I told my mom not to go till Tuesday, because it probably wouldn't be done then anyway. When she showed up Tuesday evening Chris tried to give her a battery dead iPad, with a fixed screen, but how could she tell if it actually turned on and functioned?! ( I surmise this was a attempt at deceit to conceal the unresolved touch screen issue) Some lame excuse of the outlets not working was given and was she also had to go back TWICE, the last time it was barely charged, enough for her to see it was still having touch screen issues. Thankfully she took it anyway and rescued it from such incompetent clutches. In the beginning I called before dropping it off and was told the replacement part was in stock and the repair would be completed in a few hours at 6pm. I showed up at 5:45 to find my screen now completely broken off and an excuse that in fact he did not have the correct part and it would not be completed till the next day at noon. No phone call before to tell me this, and why would you start on a repair when you didn't have the right part? At noon the next day I was shown my pad, now in a worse state, with the LCD cracked and needing to be replaced (something I foolishness signed away in the rediculous waiver). Again no phone call prior to me showing up at noon to inform me of this. So I was told a replacement was being sent for the LCD and might arrive Saturday. Called Saturday, hadn't come in. So I left the matter to my mother as described above. Of the three times somebody went there expecting a completed repair and getting none, NO PHONE CALL preceded the given appointment time. To me this shows complete lack of organization and disrespect to me, the customer. Each time I showed up I was presented with a dire looking iPad, more destroyed than it was coming in and also exposed and not being protected from dust. This gross show of incompetence could have been avoided with a simple short phone message. And when I did finally receive it, screen now intact, there are clear black dust spots, trapped forever between the screens. all I heard back from Chris the entire week long ordeal was lame excuses, no phone calls, no taking of responsibility on his part, and finalized in paying for an expensive paperweight and a lie about my mother! ***STAY AWAY**** Just because it's a local business doesn't mean it should be supported, this is one to let fail and should be avoided. Also, if there are any responses to this post they're bound to be lame excuses or complete fabrications, if he can man up and take responsibility I'd be very surprised. Also, the second time I showed up I asked him to call my phone to Make sure he had the right number (he said he "tried" to call me, whatever that means). It rang right there in front of him, confirming it was the correct number, he had it on file, and I had not called prior (or after) that moment. read more

This place is awesome and the people are so nice. Had my shattered iPad fixed in 2 hours.

I took my phone for a diagnostic after i sold it on ebay and the buyer returned it saying it was broken. These guys found that the buyer had switched parts out and returned it. They then wrote a report with great details and pictures to go with it that helped me win my case with ebay and paypal and got me the money back. They were all nice and made it an easy experience. Will go back to them for any repairs on electronics. Thanks for the help guys. read more

My Samsung Galaxy 4 was having overheating issues in December, 2017. I was referred to three phone repair stores and couldn't help me. The last place referred me to Love2Fix. They were my last hope! I was helped by caring and knowledgable staff. The person helping me ran a complete diagnostic for $70. I was told my Mother Board was burned & I had the wrong battery for the model of my phone. I was never told that by the previous stores. The repairman gave me options; I chose to order a Mother Board on Ebay ( He gave me the part # & showed me on line what it looked like). He then said to bring the part in within 30 days & he would install it at no extra charge! I'm now back in the 21st century! Thanks so much Love2Fix crew! Kirst read more

I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with the results -- I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 without a case (stupid, stupid, stupid). The screen cracked inside, and it would turn up black when turned on... So, after reading some great reviews from Love 2 Fix hearing that they are reasonable and do an excellent job in fixing electronics -- I went to go get my S5 fixed! And sure enough they did fix it! It's just like new. I'm so grateful because I love this phone so much. Even though it is outdated (not a S8), it still works like butter. Thanks so much, Love 2 Fix! You guys rock!! :-D read more

I had a broken screen on my Samsung GS5 - it was driven over, likely repeatedly and the glass was well shattered into tiny bits. John gave me the best over the phone quote to replace the glass and warned me about the LCD. They are just down the street from me so I took it in. Long story short, Chris tried to do just the glass but it was just too shattered. So I got a new LCD instead. The repair was explained well and done in short order. So these guys did offer the best price to fix my Samsung 8 LCD, which was $274 quote, in shortest amount of time, three days. After I dropped off the phone I get a call saying its actually $24 more. So the total is now $296. They do fix in time but the screen frame is silver instead of black, not a big deal but they didn't let me know before I got there to pay. Then when I tried to claim their yelp offer of free screen protector; its apparently for iphones only. They never offered a discount on the price of the repair for all this and I was in a hurry so I left went out asking for one. So besides that they fixed my phone but this other stuff kept them from a 5 star rating. read more
