This is the only place I would recommend to anyone to repair your phone. The price is half the cost of anywhere else I've been to. The service was same day and amazing. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I paid less here to repair the phone screen, LED, phone back, new battery, and camera lens than it would have cost to pay the deductible on my insurance. I wish I had taken a picture of the original damage. Basically walked out of there with a new phone today. I'm so impressed by their service. I will never go anywhere else! read more

My camera's LED screen became scratched from carrying the camera in my pocket or purse without the case. It was so bad that I could not see clearly what picture I was taking. I tried the camera shops, but they wanted to send it to the camera manufacturer for a hefty fee. I looked up how to replace the screen myself, but felt it was a little too complex since it required disconnecting wiring and cables. This is the only place I could find that would replace the LED screen on my camera and affordable too. They did an excellent job. read more

i thought all my midterms notes were gone forever when i spilled a milkshake on my macbook last night but somehow these guys were able to get everything off for me including all of my pictures! never going anywhere else after this (: read more

Once again, the only place to go for a professional, cost effective repair. Christopher and John are polite and professional even after I came in three times in one week just for advice! I will return, without hesitation, with any technical issues I may encounter. read more

Don't GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I went to get my iPhone fixed, I had a cracked screen that's it no other issues with my phone. When my phone was returned it looked good until I tried to use my front facing camera it no longer worked. I took it back they opened my phone up took a look at it then they told me they couldn't fix it and it probably was something I did. After that I tried making a few calls later on in the day I couldn't hear unless I put my earpiece in. So at this point I made my mind up that I wasn't goin back obviously they don't know what there doing and something else was gonna happen to my phone to make it worse business ever............DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY read more

The worst place ever, don't even stop in. I came in for my iPhone 7 Plus screen to get fixed, and it ended up worst in the hands of the employee that fixed my phone. Come in with a cracked screen that I just wanna replaced, but I leave with, a broken front and back camera and can't hear out of my phone when I make a call. Go back the next day, am forced to pay for them to fix the camera and hopefully the hearing out of the phone. Camera gets fixed the hearing out of the phone not fixed. They say they gotta order a part for it and that I would have to pay another 20.00 to get it fixed. I wait 5 Days part finally shows... I go in they put it in.... NOPE still won't work. Then oh just wait. I can have them do some 4 day diagnostic on my phone to see what wrong with it on the inside. 4 Days no phone (I use it for work) I tell them no that's not possible. I tell them I came in for a cracked scream and then the replacing of it get too this stage. Oh best part yet, they blamed it on due to the new IOS update which I found complete BS. So I eventually told them to forget it I just want them to put my phone back togethor and I'll leave and take it to the Apple store. I asked for my refund and then was told the only way to get a refund would be for them to take off the screen.... and I told them find put the old one back on it. (Never did, prob because they tossed it) so all in all, go in to get replaced screen all for this trouble. Last part that diagnosis they wanted to go on my phone would of cost me too. I have had my past iPhones screen replaced before and never in all that time has anyone fucked up my iPhone.. they Love4Fix? No they Love2RipYouOff Luckily my bank will be issuing my refund because this place is a scam. No joke no lies, save your iPhone and take it somewhere else! Updated 11-3 Went to Apple store too get my phone fixed, ended up being first off a bad screen Apple said along with the voice volume to hear in my phone was bad and they replaced it. FYI this is what Love2Fix said they replaced. So either they didn't or they have bad parts. read more

Mr. Love runs his business like every owner should....he is professional, trustworthy, and kind. Went in to get a phone fixed that was purchased from another retailer that completely screwed me over. Mr. Love explained why the phone had broken and was extremely helpful in making sure we were taken care of. I will never need another phone repair or retailer again. I have been to this business several times for screen repair of my Ipads and most recently I brought my computer in for overheating. The people are very friendly, service was prompt every time and the price is reasonable for the service provided. One Ipad screen replacement did not work after I brought it home. I took it back and they immediately replaced it, no questions asked. It's hard to be without my Ipad or my computer, so I really appreciate the prompt service. My computer was ready in less than 24 hours! read more

Absolutley great. Called in ahead of time told me the service time and value of what I thought was the problem. They took my phone apart and found the real problem and gave me an honest deal and helped me figure out what went wrong with a previous repair to the phone. Great job. I'll be back in again to get some notes from service to help with my case. read more

I was given a quote for $79.99 and have proof of that. When I took it in then they said no $99.99. This is not right. I walked out...

Second time in to see Chris thanks to my destructive 2 year old. Chris is very knowledgeable and honest. He also has VERY reasonable prices. If I ever need another phone fixed, Chris is definitely my guy. I'm sure that I'll be in to see him again! read more

My daughter shattered her iPod, and the first two places I checked out wanted to charge me more than it would have cost to buy a new one. The guys at Love2Fix gave me a much more reasonable quote, and they did great fast work. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the market for an electronics repair. AND BONUS... They sell refurbished electronics, including phones, iPods, tablets and computers for much less than most places...& they warranty everything they sell. PLUS... What a nice staff!!! read more

Came in and got a written price on how much it would be to fix my screen. Then after my screen is already off they told me the coupon I had was not going to be validated, and was accused of "trying to get over". Horrible customer service and wasn't fair on pricing. Never coming back. read more

I was 1/2 of the couple Malia W. referred to in her review. I had a completely different experience with Chris than what she described. I was there when she was discussing her phone call with Chris and I don't recall him being rude at all. I would never expect a business, especially a small, independently-owned one to place an order for parts without it being paid for first. I'm not sure what happened, but from my perspective, I thought Chris did the only thing he could... He took responsibility and offered to order the part and have her come back. Anyway, I dropped off my Galaxy S4 to have the screen repaired and Chris was both polite and professional. I received the phone call letting me know that my phone was ready within the discussed time (1 to 1.5 hours). He did a great job! And his work is guaranteed!!! Not many businesses, big or small, that make that claim anymore. I will definitely go back if I ever experience any issues with phones/tablets in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Love 2 Fix!!! Chris is an old regular of mine from when I worked at Starbucks. I hit him up on Facebook because I knew he owned his own cell phone repair business and y phone screen was shattered pretty bad. Not only did Chris fix my phone but he did it quickly so I could get to work on time. My phone looks brand new now :) and it only cost me $50 to get the glass replaced. Thanks Chris for all your help! You are awesome! read more

Chris is truly awesome! I found Love2Fix on Yelp and read the great reviews so I gave them a shot. Chris (the owner) ordered a new battery for me for my Nexus 5, called me the exact day it arrived and when I went in to have my phone fixed, he installed the new battery within 10 minutes. It made having a broken phone completely painless. He was incredibly nice, honest and just a great guy all around. Love2Fix is by far the most reasonably priced phone repair shop in the area and I would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed. read more

This place is awesome. I went to ubreak ifix and it was a complete waste of time...took forever to be told they didn't have an iPhone 6s screen so they referred me to this place...thank god!!! Lol. I have an iPhone 6 NOT the 6s, which the idiots at ubreak ifix thought I had AFTER looking at my phone smh. How do u not kno basic stuff like what the difference is between iPhones?? Ugh. Either way, I'm glad they sent me to this place because they actually kno what they're doing and instead of waiting 2 hours for them to fix the screen and lcd display I only had to wait 35 minutes. And instead of $260 they only charged me $150 ;))) def will be sending people their way! read more

Just went her for my daughters phone, it is an i5 and the glass had broken and then display when out. For a reasonable price and only an afternoon with the phone it is working perfectly again, saving us getting her a new phone. Very nice people working there also. read more

Brought in my Note 3 with a cracked screen and they fixed it for less than 90$. When you take into consideration the price for the part, that is an excellent price. There was worry that the LCD may need to be fixed as well, but that turned out to not be the case and so only the glass was replaced. I was also able to pick up my phone the same day. read more

Never gain will I ever go back! Warning never go to this place unless you want to spend your money and get no benefit. I brought over my iPhone6 phone to simple replace my screen! Nothing else was wrong with it for 100 they fixed it that same night my phone turned off and never turned on. I took it back and they wouldn't fix it and claimed they didn't mess with my phone. I suggest spending 30 dollars more and get it fixed at apple. Do not get it fixed here or spend your money here! STAY CLEAR! read more

Although the workers are friendly, the expertise needed for repairs insufficient. I had a laptop HP mouse is going crazy I took it in to them along with my iPad Mini which needed a screen replacement. I had to return my laptop twice in less than 30 days, I just refuse to take it back for the third time. it never got fixed my mouse is still jumping around crazy. My iPad Mini screen was replaced it worked for 2 weeks and then the screen begin lifting up. Because I had so many problems with my laptop and overheard another customer saying how they brought their device back 3 times because the screen kept lifting up, I didn't bother to take it back. I paid over $200 to get devices repaired that I still cannot use. I normally don't give reviews but this was just so bad I couldn't help it. I'm in an online Masters program and have to work from my phone and still need to find someone to fix my devices correctly. I don't know about anyone else but I really didn't have over $200 to give away which is basically what I did. read more

Amazing work ! I couldn't be more happy with the service i was given ,Chris L, your a miracle worker. :) Now being retired, My wife and myself travel alot and are in the midst of planning a trip, i use the Gps on my phone in conjunction with a tom tom. I've got to say i was amazed at the speed you were able to repair the screen on my Iphone5. And thank you for being so flexible with my time frame, and cense of urgency. I'm leaving on vacation for 2 weeks to Florida and wanted the phone fixed before i left. Sadly because i had gone to another shop first , (who was too busy to run their own business) I ended up at Love2Fix and their mercy. Not only did chris go out of his way to find me a screen same day,he had his technician prepare to install it while he went to purchase it from his supplier. I feel like your shop treated me well and i will deffinetly be back to have your computer tech look at my laptop when we are back from Florida. You've got my business ! read more

This place is awesome and such a great price. My husbands iPhone 7 needed a new screen due to he dropped it a month after he purchased it. They did an awesome job. When my phone slid off my lap to the cement, my heart broke when I realized I had shattered my display! It was the one day I wasn't using my protective case :( I was hoping Chris could help me, but I couldn't visit his shop until 6:30pm after work, and my fix would take much longer than the 30 minutes he had left because he closes at 7pm. I was so pleasantly surprised when Chris offered to transfer my data to another phone, so I would have a phone to use while he fixed my broken phone the next morning. He took awesome care of me and really exceeded my expectations! the next day my broken phone was as good as new, and Chris stayed open extra late to help me by also repairing a back up phone. I'm sharing this because there aren't very many business owners like Chris Love. He is truly dedicated to every customer, and his true love for fixing cellular devices, etc. is evident when you see him in action. Chris provides his customers with a million dollar experience without the million dollar price tag! read more

Awful place. Owner shit talks about customers with employees while other customers are still there. Unprofessional! Total rip off for their service. I was in here with my friend and seeing the outcome of their service I rather pay a little extra somewhere else for better service.Come to Love to Break cause they can screw up your device better than anyone else. These people don't know how to fix crap! Even I can do a better job fixing than them and I'm just an amateur. read more
