The guys fixed my phone pretty fast and were super professional. Highly recommend this store!

These guys did an amazing job fixing my phone! They are very fairly price and have great customer service. I had the screen replaced on my phone and my phone is fixed now and looks brand new. They stayed in great communication with me about it the whole time. 100% satisfied. read more

First I will say that the owner and his staff have good customer service. Second, phones can take days to repair so be ready to be without your phone for a few days. I bought a used iPhone 7 from a guy and it was broken when he sold it to me. I took it to one shop and they said it was a problem with the chip and told me that Love 2 Fix could fix it. The repair cost $150. I bought it with a cracked screen and that cost $75 to replace. A screen protector was $15. Then I was told that it needed a little more work including a new home button as a cable was ripped when someone took the screen off. I am honestly not sure who broke that button, maybe the guy who sold it to me, maybe the first shop, or this shop but it's another $25. I will update this review in 90 days when I see how the repairs hold up. read more

I don't know the name of the guy who provided the assistance. He kept me posted about the iPhone progression. Great attitude, and very friendly - high recommended for deaf customers. Easy to communicate with them via text. RIP to my boyfriend's iPhone which has been repaired from first shop, and this is the second shop. They tried their best to salvage to no avail. Reasonable price. I'll definitely use their service again in the future. read more

Brought in a cracked phone screen. They replaced it with a broken one. It would start pressing things on its own when it was below 50 degree. Tried to return it, they gave me two options. 1) take the screen off so they can send it back to the manufacturers and request another one. 2) put another $70 deposit for another phone screen to be delivered. So I would pay for 2 phone screens to fix my phone. Worst electronic place ever. read more

These guys are awesome. I inherited a MacBook Pro from a friend with a headphone plug broken off in the headphone jack. This was preventing my MacBook from playing music or producing any noise through the speakers. When I brought my computer in, I told the guys my problem. In minutes, and right in front of me, they opened it up, solved the problem, cleaned out the internals with compressed air and buttoned everything back up. They were able to find a more sensible method to fix my problem than the official Apple solution. This wound up costing less than 10% of the official Apple quote. I went to 4+ shops around midtown and no one was able to offer the solution Love 2 Fix did. Absolutely will drive out to see these guys again for their expertise if I need something fixed. Plus they have an Atari you can play while you wait. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Customer service and competence in spades! My son saved his money and bought all of the pieces to build a gaming computer. He got it all put together, and no boot. So he took it apart and I helped him put it back together, just to have another set of eyes. Still no boot. We did this 4 or 5 times before admitting defeat. I posted on FB that I needed someone to help and a friend referred me to Andrew. I spoke with him, he sounded very confident, and I took the computer in. All the guys in the shop were super friendly and helpful, and seemed completely competent. They gave me a quote, I gave them the computer, and 2 days later, they delivered (figuratively) a functional computer for the quoted price. My son is signing into his accounts and downloading his games as we speak, and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely use Love 2 Fix again! It's worth it to pay these guys, rather than fight with and potentially break the stuff on our own. read more

Hello everyone. My name is Rick, a friend and business associate of Christopher L and his retail business in Carmichael California Love to fix. Recently there have been a couple of profiles created here on yelp that have been identified as spam. These fake profiles were created with the sole purpose of causing harm to the credibility of hard working entrepreneurs and their businesses. Unfortunately, Love to fix is one of the businesses that was targeted. It was important for me to address this with the public as the content that was written by the fake profiles referenced one of my businesses as being the culprit. I have been in communication with yelp with a goal to have the fraudulent reviews removed as the time line clearly indicates the individual(s) left multiple negative reviews on several smart phone repair shops in just a couple of days. Because the actions and motives of the fake profiles are so obvious and conclusive. I hold yelp accountable for actions not taken to remove the content. I have also been in talks with the business owners that were targeted to come up with a strategy to reduce the chances of having to deal and respond to such juvenile behavior. Unfortunately it appears that the prevention of false and fraudulent information on the internet is non viable. Christopher, thank you for reaching out regarding this matter. It is very unfortunate to you and your amazing staff to have this fraudulent negative remark on your yelp profile. You guys are the best. To the public. I am a veteran electronic repair technician and business owner with over a decade of transactional experience and expertise. I recommend "love to fix" for any problem related to your cell phone or other electronic device. Give them a try, give them a review. I stand by them. Thank you very much. read more

They do a fine job, it took 24 hours longer because they said FedEx delayed their delivery 24 hours.

I came into this store because I had taken a project to fix my Super Nintendo. The powerjack needed to be replaced and a blown fuse. My father attempted to desolder and resolder the power jack but did more harm than good. I gave up since I didn't know how to solder myself. I took it to Love 2 Fix eventually and the gentleman fixed the power jack solder, soldered from the power jack to a power supply my dad have burnt, and replaced the fuse. It took him around two hours since my dad really messed up on the motherboard. Took the gentleman a day or two to fix, I put the Super Nintendo back together and the power light finally turned on!!! Prices are usually $30/hr and soldering is $60/hour. I highly recommend this place, this guy has a lot of soldering experience and I will come here again if I need anymore repairs!!! read more

You guys are awesome. Service to me moments after walking through the door. Knowledgeable friendly answered my questions free of charge.

iPhone had a busted screen and these guys replaced it perfectly. Add on a screen protector for a decent price and I'm a satisfied customer.

I came in asking for a glass-only repair of my galaxy s7. They estimated a 3 hour wait time, and went slightly over that but i was very satisfied with their accuracy. The phone appears brand new and I haven't experienced any issues since it was handed back to me 8 hours ago. The caveat to screen only repair, at least concerning my s7, was that if the LCD is either found to be broken or is broken during the process of repair, it is my liability. This is to be expected, since most corporate phone repair stores (e.x. CPR) refrain from glass-only repair and only perform full front assembly replacements which run about $250 - $300.I was quoted $300 by CPR phone repair. My successful glass-only repair at love 2 fix was just over $100. So from my experience, I can recommend these guys. They are friendly and appear to value their work. Just remember that if you are going in for a glass-only repair, there is always a risk factor. Even if they do break the LCD, however, the price for them to replace that is still less that corporate stores. read more

I heard about this place after spending all morning going to several different places trying to get my Samsumg S2 tablet repaired. The people here are friendly, but even better, KNOWLEDGEABLE! I do believe they can probably fix anything! They diagnosed, repaired and returned my tablet the same day. I highly recommend this company. read more

It was great seeing that all the staff were wearing mask. They were very professional and timely. I received excellent help. My laptop screen was replaced and I am extremely satisfied with the work provided. Thanks to Erik and the staff I am back to work. read more

Part of my 5 star review is that I have a short story. My 2 year old Samsung Galaxy S7 needed a new battery. It was only lasting 4 or 5 hours. Love2Fix had great reviews and great customer service. I dropped off my phone and it was ready later that same day. John was the guy, and the shop looks well organized. Very reasonable price and my phone is like new. Thanks guys! read more

Not the best to deal with. If you can, go somewhere else. I assume many of those reviews are from friends. Cost more than quoted, took longer than quoted and work was only so so. Follow up and customer service are not there at all. They also lost my case. read more

Negative Stars. The owner is a thief in the purest form. Stay Away! They knowingly sold me an incompatible phone with full knowledge I was getting activated by ATT. They couldn't get it to work, then sent me around town to places they said that could unlock it. ATT finally told me that they would not support the phone or could make it work. Even after going back to the store several times to get ATT to unlock the phone, they sold me, I Love 2 Fix refused to refund me any of the cash they took from me. They knew all along the phone would not work with ATT, but took my cash anyway, sold me accessories, then refused to make good in any form...they told me to sell the phone on Craigslist to get my money back. Carmichael has much better places for device repair. Karma will come to these guys in a negative way. Stay Away from here! read more

Awesome customer service. Very honest. Provided me with the information I needed to solve my computer problem while avoiding unnecessary costs. I highly recommend Love 2 Fix! read more

Had broken my phone and needed it repaired for a good price, since new phones cost hundreds nowdays and these guys are exactly what i needed. Phone was fixed for a decent price and i seen another person who gave 1 star cuz he had to sign a waiver ... he must be joking of course you have to sign it, its a business not a charity...but these guys deserve 5 stars, quick turn around time and exceeded my expectations of what could be fixed. Definately recommend coming here for cell phone repairs. read more

Excellent job fixing my daughters phone. Quick and fast with excellent customer service. If she cracks her screen on her phone again which she probably will,we're definitely coming back. This is the third time I took a device into love2fix. Our laptop froze, I contacted the company because they put a new harddrive into the laptop several months ago. Chris said that they would check it out no charge since it was their harddrive. When we brought it in my husband had to pay $69 plus tax. They looked at the laptop called us told my husband it would be $180 to fix my husband asked for a break down of what needed to be done. He was told when he picked it up there would be a breakdown. When we picked it up the cost was $180+salestax, and the breakdown of the work completed was a handwritten little piece of paper. It basically said they defragged it. We are in the service repair business ourselves. YOU CANNOT CHARGE SALES TAX ON LABOR, salestax is parts only. When my husband asked about the charge of salestax, the tax was removed from the $180, we were still took for the $6 for the inspection. I used to refer a lot of people now I will not. Very Unhappy read more

I had bought a custom built PC a couple years ago from a guy who did it from home. Soon after I brought home a week later crashed. He reloaded everything again, but the PC never seemed to work right after. Ports and Video Card problems. I brought my PC to them and they were wonderful. Super knowledgeable and they fixed everything all because the PC needed over 35 updates. Wow that was all, and the other previous tech couldn't even figure that out! I will return when I'm ready to have a new rig built. Thanks again fellows. read more

I brought in a my Switch about a month ago and told them that the c port needs to be replace. It still charge but won't work on the dock anymore and have been like this for years. Long story short, they fix the C port. But broke the controller sync and SD slot. I was nice enough to ask them to fix it since they broke it and they did. Fast forward to today. My switch completely stop read my SD card and I try 4 other different SD card to confirm that its not my SD card thats the issue. I finally realize that I'm missing a screw where the SD card is at and remember that this was one of 2 things they broke when I took it in to get it replace. I ended up getting a I FIX IT case and fixing the issue myself by looking up the tear down of a switch online and using YouTube tutorial. At this point, Im going to pick up some network solding skill so I don't have to go though this again. I was really hoping that these guys was more professional with their work since I have a closet full of game console and PC parts that needed small parts replacement. The thing that go me Dumbfounded the most about this was that the guy didn't even know what type of switch I have. Maybe hire someone that actually know what they are doing then the guy that told me he fixed my SD slot by blowing air into it. read more

Love 2 Fix and their workers are great! I did not get my iPhone 7 fixed though, but that is not their fault. I dropped my phone in the toilet and severely corroded it because I had the screen replaced at Hot Tech Repair before the incident and their employees who look like HIGHSCHOOL girls didn't replace the water resistant seal. I took my phone to Love 2 Fix and they told me that the seal should have been replaced. This alone gave me a heads up that Love 2 Fix employees are trustworthy and know what they are doing. They were also able to fix my phone; however, I asked them to replace my screen because it showed water damage on it (everything looked pixelated) and my phone short circuited and stopped working. Love 2 Fix employees worked all night to fix it, but there was nothing they could do. This is not their fault, but I appreciate the amount of time and effort they have put into it just to fix my phone. This store gained another loyal customer, as I will for sure be coming back for any future repairs. Five stars for their great customer service! read more

These guys were great. Fixed our iPhone and Pixel 2. On time and what they said it would cost. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and bring my stuff here again. Friendly service and great atmosphere. They even have an arcade size game console with thousands of games to entertain you while you wait. I still love Galaga and Donkey Kong!! read more

These guys and gals are pretty sharp.they have the knowledge of about every electronic made.there fair and have great customer service.

I highly recommend this location to get your phone fixed. They get it done on the spot, less than an hour and boom. Done. Beautiful job.

When you pride yourself on having dropped your phone "dozens of times" with nary a scratch as a result, it's bound to happen that when that ill-fated drop finally happens, your phone screen will not only finally get its first scratch, but it will be completely obliterated to teach you a lesson in humility. Thus commenced a half-hour long phone call (20 minutes wait time, and then 10 minutes making sure the AT&T customer service rep knew what I was saying, and then trying to decipher his response). It all amounted to continued frustration, and little glass shards puncturing the side of my head as I made one call after another trying to figure out how to get a replacement and not have to cut out a kidney to pay for it. Cut to: a neighbor mentioning Love 2 Fix. I went into his little hole in the wall fix-it shop, and without even looking at my horrible screen for more than a couple seconds, Mr. Christopher Love gave me a quote, and said he could have my phone fixed not only same day, but in about a half-hour. The price was either comparable to or slightly less than what AT&T would've charged to send me a *refurbished* phone in a couple days, so in the interest of time, I went back to Love 2 Fix, and had my own phone in fine (actually, beautiful) working order within an hour without the hassle of reconfiguring a new phone or dealing with insurance, shipping, etc. Mr. Love was super knowledgeable and extremely courteous to me, and really saved the day. It's such a relief to have someone close by that's so adept at fixing the electronic devices that sometimes we'd be lost without, and I'm happy to bring my business back here should I ever have the need (knock on wood). read more

Nice guys! I dropped my iPhone yesterday and the screen popped out on one corner, luckily my phone still worked. My husband didn't have the special tiny screwdriver to open the phone and fix it for me so I swung by Love 2 Fix and they fixed it in just a few minutes and for free! read more

I cracked my cell phone screen due to carelessness. Love 2 Fix quoted me a price lower than anyone else from whom I could get a quote. It wasn't cheap, but that's the way it goes and the tech took the time to explain why this kind of repair is so expensive. They had to order the part which came in the next day and then they fixed my screen within just a few hours so that it it is good as new. Since they also repair computers, I took in my laptop due to an issue with the battery. They charged me $100 less for a diagnostic than the place where I had previously been going for computer issues and the diagnostic fee will be applied to the very reasonable cost of repair which is in process. read more

After having the worst encounter at a tmobile store. These guys went above and beyond to help me. I broke my phone and came in right before closing. The owner of the store wasnt able to get my phone done. Even after staying past closing time. I needed my phone for work! He put a temporary screen on and I was able to use it for work the next day. Came back a couple days later when I had off, and fixed the phone hella quick. The overall customer service was un matched with any store i have been in. They also have retro Nintendo 64 games to pass the time. Dog friendly as well. 10 outta 10. Thank you! read more

I tried to fix my own phone, and was in tears by the time I looked for help. I found that help at Love 2 Fix. Even though I didn't understand tech lingo, the employees there were so kind and helped me understand.
