There are plenty of tables at Friendly St Garden, and inside, you can get drinks, including free water, and there is a bathroom. Parking is on the side of the building, or on the street.

I waited 30 minutes for food that I never even got to eat, and instead of showing even a little courtesy or trying to make the situation right, they basically told me I could buy another one.
