We had an unexpected electrical outage at our home from the storm, on a Sunday no less, and Romo was the fastest to respond beyond the other providers. ER Electric absolutely came through for us. From the moment I reached out, the responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. Romo showed up, immediately identified the problem, and had everything back up and running in no time. What really stood out was how knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely thoughtful he was throughout the entire experience.
