Last week I ordered nachos to go, I planned on watching my husband gamble while I ate.. I am not a fan of the free drinks inside the casino, either there is no ice, or sodas taste flat. Typically I pay for a drink at the bar or get one at the restaurant when I order food. I ordered the nachos at the bar to go , I asked for a soda.. After I paid and TIPPED the bartender, she handed me an empty cup, expecting me to walk out of the restaurant and get my own drink?.. Just serve myself.. Luckily Another waitress was nice enough to get me a soda. When my order was ready I was handed a card board box with chips inside , a bag with 2 square to go containers, 1 round container filled with the items to assemble the nachos. I inquired why, and was told that is how it's served when it's ordered to go. I expressed my concern as it's never been done like this in the past, ordering to go inside casino or delivery. Server/Bartender attitude "it is what it is deal with it" Manager comes over confirmed that is how the nachos are always made when ordered to go. He dismissed my concerns, telling him it's never been like that in the past. I explained to him I planned on eating them while I watched my husband gamble like I've done in the last. His attitude was the same.. It is what it is.. deal with it. I politely asked the manager if they could assemble the nachos for me, didn't ask for remake, just something simple put it together that's all. With what I can only describe as a stupefied look on his face and cocky attitude he said "if we do it, it would be the same as you doing it yourself..." WTF? What an absolute idiot. This is the person that manages the bar and restaurant? What a joke. . . I lifted the food up/towards the direction he was standing and asked for a refund, with a cocky smile the manager said "sure but you'll have to give us the food in order to get the refund.." No shit Sherlock, I literally raised the food towards you and asked for a refund. If I didn't want the food unassembled when I paid for it, why would I want to keep it? What an idiot.. I've seen this dipshit interact with guests in the past, his customer service skills suck

The patio space in the front was very secluded and lush, we had it entirely to ourselves. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. They even brought out a water bowl with ice for our pups. We loved our drinks. My espresso martini was boozy and not too sweet with a love whipped topping on top. Her Road to Hana was very refreshing and the pineapple tajin garnish hit the spot. Quick shout out to the dinner rolls and butter. I was starving so this held me over while our shareables came out. The Spicy Caesar was nice, loved the hit of heat that came with it. The Chicken Pepperjack Strudel, a signature dish, was really really good. Just wish it was warmer in the center but yea definitely order this. Juan's queso is not a typical queso dish. First, it's real cheese and it comes with a black bean puree, salsa verde, and avocado thinly sliced on top. We loved it, especially my wife. If you're in search of a higher end dining experience in OKC, Cheever's is a must.

I came here with a large group of about 8 of us with a reservation made early on. We were seated in a nice, private room and had an overall very lovely experience! First of all, our server Trey was just spot on with all of his recommendations. He recommended the crab cakes, the halibut, and anything that came with the spicy shrimp risotto. Our table got crab cakes to start, and this was probably my favorite dish of the evening! The crab cake was large, fluffy, and full of lump crab topped with a spicy and delicious salsa verde and pico. For the entree I ordered the halibut which was cooked well, but the side of spicy shrimp risotto definitely stole the show (as Trey accurately predicted). Most of our party ordered this and everyone was pretty happy with it! For dessert, our table shared chocolate cake and the coconut creme pie. The chocolate cake was very rich and was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I've had, and I'm not a big chocolate cake person. I still definitely preferred the coconut creme pie, which I would order again next time! Our service was fantastic for the evening, and when Trey tells you to order something, trust him and do it!

They have a number of booths that are intimately fitted out with sheer curtains. To top it off their food is delectable and the service is good. If you're looking for dining with a romantic setting, PG is hard to beat. We started of with dirty martinis. Then for the evening we ordered just from the appetizer menu. Our first item was shrimp coctail. It comes comes with four shrimp, coctail sauce and another sauce that I thoroughly enjoyed- citrus, mustard, aioli. Next up was a lobster and crab cake (1) that we shared. It was very good. Then we shared an order of calamari that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our last item was mushroom soup which was absolutely outstanding. We passed on dessert, but the server delivered a complimentary small cordial glass with mixed fruit topped with whipped cream. It provided a nice finish.

Tons of mushrooms though, which I liked. For dinner I got the chicken saltimbocca. The chicken was a little dry and came out extremely hot, almost like it had just been reheated, but it still tasted good. The sauce was really savory and kind of carried the dish. Glazed carrots were solid. Mashed potatoes were a bit lukewarm but still decent. Overall good flavor, just a few misses on texture and temperature. I sat by the bar, service was excellent, very attentive waiters. This place would be good for a date night because it has curtains that allows for a little bit more of a private/intimate setting.

It was cold outside but warm and welcoming inside the restaurant and we were seated in a big comfy booth which I appreciated. We were immediately given water and drink orders taken. I got the juicy couture from the y2k menu which was a delicious sweet gin cocktail. The cornbread sticks and whipped butter they bring to the table is soft and salty and sweet and went great with our queso appetizer and my entree. For apps we chose the queso fundido and the tuna tartare. Both came with fresh chips that were puffy and perfectly crispy. I loved the tuna, it had a little bit of everything. Spice, salt, tang, creaminess! That luscious whipped avocado it sits on top of kept everything stuck together and easy to scoop up. The crispy queso was huge so I took the rest home. The cheese pulls were insane! Our table ordered the short rib, the filet, and the shrimp and grits entrees and everyone was so satisfied! My short rib was rich and tender and the red wine sauce was glossy goodness. Plus the gratin potatoes with the crispy edges and tons of cheese made the dish so comforting. Finally they brought me a chocolate cheesecake with a candle in it that reminded me of my mom's homemade fudge. It was divine and just melted in my mouth. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. FRIDA southwest thank you for starting off my next year with an outstanding meal and a very pleasant experience!

The carne asada with chimichuri ,the refried black beans, corn tortillas, breakfast potatoes, and plantains were amazing. I got a taste of huevos rancheros and it was delicious too. The complimentary blueberry muffins were so good. I can't wait to warm one up with some butter. The lattes were disappointing. It took a long time for them to come out and when they arrived they weren't hot, nor did it have any cute barista art. Left much to be desired. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. The Cajun fried shrimp had a great taste as well. I wouldn't mind going back to give something else a try!
