Three types of noodles, lots of vegetables / other sides, three types of pre sliced / frozen meat, and lots of sauces! I'd recommend starting off with small portions of what you want to be mixed because the bowl fills up rather quickly, and if it's your first time here, you're not going to know which of the sauces you like mixing into your food. I wish the restaurant provided some beginner combinations for their newer patrons to circumvent this. After you grab your raw ingredients, you set them onto a counter where the chef will take them from you to cook! Definitely fun to see your food being made in front of you, but it's not that novel of a process so watching it the first time is enough to satiate you.
