    Shredded brisket with 2 sides
    Rick P.

This was a good find. Place started off as a BBQ truck and now is a restaurant along a1a. Nice place and good selection on beer. Great menu I had the pulled pork with 2 sides. 2 sides were potato salad and baked beans. Candyce had brisket with 2 sides. 2 sides were Mac and cheese and grilled green beans. Brisket was shredded not sliced so tender and very lean and moist. All items are home made in house. Good service and speedy service. All around good find. Definitely will be back

Was delicious and good prices will be back. Real southern barbecue. Reasonable prices. Good bbq and hot sauce. Bringing the whole family this time.

We had tried several BBQ places in the area; some were ok, some were definitely less than ok. Had driven by this place on our way to and from the beach but never tried it until a few weeks ago. Service was great, and multiple people (including the owner probably?) stopped by to see if everything was good. It's a relatively small place, but has a homey feel and smells amazing when you walk in the door. Hubs had the ribs and collard greens, and I had the smoked chicken, grilled green beans and mac & cheese. It was all delicious (although I admit the mac & cheese was a little rich for my taste). The chicken was SO juicy (smoked chicken at other places has been quite dry) and the grilled green beans had the best flavor. Hubs is a collard green connoisseur and thought they were great; he likes that the ribs are dry and you can add your own sauce. The spicy sweet sauce was definitely my favorite.

Ribs, fresh French fries( they also offer frozen!) and corn bread

I would have given 5 stars, but they ran out of Mac and cheese. So bummed. Everything was great! Ribs- really great, potato salad - really great, corn bread- really great. My mom got fish dinner she liked it. My baked potato was good. Can't go wrong here.

Homemade macaroni made with four cheeses and pulled pork sandwich with their homemade BBQ sauce that's fantastic.

The ribs will not disappoint, fall off the bone tender. Small, quiet and clean restaurant. Fast service. Oh and did I mention the ribs?

The Rose Villa Southern Table and Bar was not just the best place I visited on a recent stay in the Port Orange/Daytona area, it's one of the best places I've eaten period and all I did was lunch. We stopped in without reservations but they found space for us outside on the front porch. It was right after Christmas and I have rarely seen a restaurant do it better. Cotton in the trees and bushes to simulate snow, classic Holiday decor everywhere you looked. Every detail was amazing! Inside was like stepping into 19th century home that was elegant and regal. The only thing better than the atmosphere was the food. Our Pork Belly Bruschetta was elegantly presented and just melted in your mouth. Salty, sweet, robust, just incredible and a great recommendation from our waiter. My wife and I split the Shrimp Po Boy along with a Chicken sandwich and there were both just next level compared to anytime we've had these before. If you're in the area, if you're within an hour, if you want to do a day trip, build it around the Rose Villa Southern Table and Bar. I can't wait to try their dinner. and bring others to enjoy this truly top-notch dining experience. This is what dining out should be. I highly recommend you give them a try.

The parking lot alone is wild, with what feels like endless gas pumps. Walking inside was a whole experience because I genuinely didn't know where to start. It's like HomeGoods and Wawa had a giant, chaotic, beautiful baby. I made my way through section by section, and there's a little bit of everything. I grabbed their BBQ brisket sandwich and Beaver Chips first--absolutely worth it. The brisket sandwich was ridiculously good, and they're pumping those things out fresh every few minutes. Their hot food menu isn't huge, but honestly, that works in their favor--simple, focused, and done well. I also tried the triple meat sandwich with brisket, turkey, and sausage. It costs a little more, but it's loaded, super filling, and definitely worth it if you're hungry. One of the coolest parts? The jerky section, where you can sample different options before buying. Somehow I even left with beard oil... because Buc-ee's is apparently the kind of place where that makes total sense. Loved Buc-ee's. It's more than a gas station--it's basically a road trip experience.

If you answer a resounding "Yes" to all of the above, especially coffee, then Buc-ee's is your one stop shop of choice. My partner (who's been to a Buc-cee's in Texas)and I ventured to this location after disembarking our cruise ship in Port Canaveral; it was about a 1 hour drive North. Interestingly enough, we discovered this location via YouTube vlogger/channel, "wrightdownmainstreet". She regularly posts vlogs about Disney World, and while looking thru her videos we found a posted vlog about this location. As expected, this location is enormous. Really, it is. I think this is probably the largest gas station I have ever been to. I thought it was pretty awesome they basically had all the needs a driver would want, aside from gas: coffee, drinks, snacks, sweets, warm food, souvenirs, clothes, etc. The snacks and products are their own, and I was impressed with the wide variety of snacks/chips/candies, etc. We took our time perusing the store, as we couldn't check into our Disney World Hotel (Old Key West, see my review!) until later in the afternoon. I estimate we spent over an hour browsing and just carefully looking throughout the store.....especially the snack section and hot food (grab and go section). In the end, we got snacks for the road and room, soda, water, coffee, and brisket wraps. The wrap was good, though I would want definitely want to try other food items on a future visit to any Buc-ee's on the mainland. BOTTOM LINE A stop worth checking out.....especially if you need gas and snacks and drinks for the road.

The quantity of food is ok for the pricing. The taste of the pulled pork was ok. Not a real strong Smokey flavor but it was good. Sadly it was a tad dry, needed to add sauce to it to give back some moisture that was needed. As for sauces: you had mustard sauce, Smokey sauce, sweet sauce and a spicy sauce. I tried three out of four, just did not care to try the spicy sauce. My favorite of the three I tried was the mustard sauce which had a rather sweet taste and a slight twang of the mustard. For me it was the best balance of sauce flavoring offered. The Smokey and Sweet sauces actually tasted really close to each other and not a real defining differences. Then for the brisket, it looked good, nice small line of bark on it. Sadly though just by looking at it, I could tell this was dry and over cooked. Very small smoke ring at the edge and the meat was completely over done and so dry when I cut it with my fork it broke into lots of pieces, not because of it being tender but it was so dry. Had a hard time using my fork to stab it and wound up using my spoon to gather it up to eat because it broke up so much. Taste was not bad outside of the dryness. Way disappointed in this joint. Had the makings and smells of a great place. Just very dry meat with the pork and brisket. And others eating with us had a burger and it was over cooked and dry as well. The baked beans had a ok flavor, but needed help so I injected some money sauce to help and that worked. The potato salad was very plain and no real flavor sadly. I love potato salad and wish I chosen another side item that this. Service was good and not too bad. Little slow since there was pretty much no one in the joint. But they were nice folks. Hoping today was just an off day for them. Otherwise a very fair tasting BBQ joint.
