The quantity of food is ok for the pricing. The taste of the pulled pork was ok. Not a real strong Smokey flavor but it was good. Sadly it was a tad dry, needed to add sauce to it to give back some moisture that was needed. As for sauces: you had mustard sauce, Smokey sauce, sweet sauce and a spicy sauce. Had a hard time using my fork to stab it and wound up using my spoon to gather it up to eat because it broke up so much. Taste was not bad outside of the dryness. Way disappointed in this joint. Had the makings and smells of a great place. Just very dry meat with the pork and brisket. And others eating with us had a burger and it was over cooked and dry as well. The baked beans had a ok flavor, but needed help so I injected some money sauce to help and that worked. The potato salad was very plain and no real flavor sadly.
