They bring it out in a little tabletop heating pot with a flame -- I'm guessing it's supposed to finish cooking at the table; but my flame was barely on compared to other tables (noticed as I was leaving). Pinchos are also usually made with onions and peppers between the meat, and mine had none. I personally like when they're slightly charred, and these were nowhere near that. The arroz chino was also disappointing...again, very bland. My mom ordered the mofongo with shrimp and it came out cold. The only thing we actually enjoyed was one of the appetizers the cheese-filled relleno. That came out hot and was pretty tasty. For a $100+ meal where only one appetizer stood out, we won't be going back, and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place. Oh forgot to mention... both my parents got so sick after. If you recall above I personally did not eat what I ordered. I tasted the rice didn't like it, didn't even want to touch the chicken... I'm not going to eat something I don't like.
