The pulled pork bbq sandwich was delicious: tender meat, fluffy bun (they call it fun but I was missing the reason for that), and yummy sauce (fish's gold bbq). The "holy crap" sandwich (turkey, goat cheese, etc) was enjoyable though it could use a better distribution of the turkey to bread. The coleslaw side was good; chips come in a bag. It would be nice to have more sides options. A bbq sandwich with a bag of chips is certainly a chill vibe but doesn't feel as substantial or as much bang for your buck. The service was attentive and quick; the vibe was chill. The location is easy to get to; just be mindful it is street parking. Would definitely come back here!

I want to start by saying the staff here was fantastic- very friendly and inviting and I wish I could give them 5 stars however "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished". The food was so disappointing except for the bread, coleslaw and fried okra but I didn't come here for the sides - the pork ribs were undercooked and so tough it was almost impossible to eat them, trying to get the meat off the bone was almost impossible, while tugging on the bone without success the word "mule" came to mind. The chicken was also undercooked I ordered this meal online so there was no returning it I paid extra for all white but received a thigh and a leg. The sliced pork was tough and fatty I gave up early it was awful. Well we'll give them another decade and see if things improve this was not worth the $43.00 by any means...

The daily special was recommended to me by the guy taking my order. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation and giving me his honest feedback. They have a desert that rotates daily and when I was there it was a chocolate banana pie which was excellent. Then I also ordered a large fries to share with my wife and her friend and that bag was stuffed to the top with fries. They were amazing fries and I saw the peeling and cutting them in house. The ambiance was very much a beach vibe. It was a cute place that you could go to in your swim suits and no one would notice. I would definitely check out Paco subs again next time I'm in NSB
