Got the meatball appetizer, it was good but not life changing, 4/5. They make their meatballs in house, the sauce was solid, good quality. Next time I'll probably try something else though. The main reason I came here was for that pizza. After a pleasant conversation with the waiter I decided on the award winner mainly because for high quality pizza I like red sauce and simplicity. This pizza is 5/5. The crust was airy, thin, those red peppers are so unique and I've never seen them offered elsewhere, cheese was good, sausage was plenty, can't ask for more! This pizza definitely has a "style" to it, it's certainly my style but even if it wasn't, the quality is unmistakeable. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, but a friendly conversation with the waiter steered me easily in the right direction, I bet it could do the same for you! Excellent place, highly recommend.

We'd never heard of it and having recently returned from the gulf I was feeling rather smug about seafood. What could this Chuck know about it all? Feeling adventurous, we decided to walk over and check it out after eating an entire pizza. Pizza was pretty good. Chuck's Fish was epic. I love that there's no TV at the bar. I love the decor. I love the fact that the namesake was a civil rights attorney. I love the fact that I can get incredible sashimi and order our daughter a pizza that is just as good as the joint across the street. Chuck I apologize. I promised the bar staff I'd Yelp you up after the first visit but once bitten twice shy so I gave it another go. I'm at your bar now. Trudy is helping me out. She's a pro. So was the team here on Saturday. That's why I'm back in fact. The people. Also. The food. Can go on about the food. But. Y'all. Just come and experience it. This social media stuff is only good for so much. A nudge. A hint. An inkling. Hamachi ponzu with fresh jalapeño. Yes. Get that. Goyza with one perfectly crisped side? Yeah. Two of those. Catch of the day? Either way is gonna be good. Tks Charles!!!! You got two new regulars. Hopefully many many more.

The decor in here is absolutely beautiful. Our server Stephanie was the sweetest ever. She gave us recommendations and helped us navigate choices on the menu. I opted for a glass of their rosé while he got their old fashioned, wasn't his favorite since they did not have Buffalo Trace. He's not a fan of Bulleit. However he was alright with it. We got the Cowboy sushi roll and snapper necks as appetizers. Both very flavorful and cooked well. Having Louisiana hot sauce was the icing on the cake for him. Entrees we got were both mainly red snapper, he got it Parmesan crusted and I went for bronzed because it came with mango salsa over rice pilaf. He had risotto. Both dishes were very good, however they definitely could have benefited from a bit more salt (in our opinion). Green beans were cooked extremely well. We both cleaned our plates! As for desserts I went for the bread pudding and he opted for the creme brûlée since he had never had any. Bread pudding was absolutely immaculate and I'm glad Steph talked me into adding ice cream. He wished he had gotten my dessert after trying it but his creme brûlée was still pretty decent. Not a big custard guy. Overall this was a great experience and to help others gauge their bill, we spend a little under $200 before the tip. Not extremely cheap but not overly expensive. We just like trying it all - drinks, apps, entrees and desserts. Would love to come back soon!

There's ample parking and the interior looks nice enough; kind of a fun Italian mafia theme with lots of comfortable booths and an attractive bar with a good TV. Both the restaurant and the women's restroom were very clean. We entered right after opening but were made to feel quite welcome by the waitstaff. Our waitress brought our menus, including a lunch menu! I love a lunch menu. My mom and I both ordered the lunch portion of the spaghetti carbonara. She enjoyed her sweet tea and I had a diet soda. The entrees come with a piece of garlic bread. I thought the portion size and price were both perfect for a lunch serving. The garlic toast was crispy and buttery. We enjoyed our spaghetti carbonara. It's not made with eggs and cheese in the traditional way, but instead uses Alfredo sauce, which is a little disappointing to me. I remain on the hunt for that kind of carbonara in Huntsville. Still, it was a good Alfredo sauce, the pasta was cooked well, and there were ample little bacon bits. Pleasant visit, nice place for lunch -- give them a try for some solid American-Italian food if you're in the area!

We stopped by Earth and Stone Wood Fired Pizza on a whim. We were headed to check out Indian food. Walking inside we could see a room with people drinking beer. It turned out pizza is to the left and a brewery is going straight. We went inside the pizza restaurant to place an order. We ordered The Patriarch which is like a supreme pizza and the Italian salad. We were given a pager and told when it went off we could pick up our foods at the pick up counter. The Patriarch was a thin crust pizza similar to a supreme. The toppings were good but sparse. I would have preferred more meats and red sauce. The crust wasn't as crunchy as I like. I cut the pizza with a knife and fork. I didn't get the wood taste like I did on the other pizza I ate that was wood fired. 3/5 The Italian salad was made of fresh greens and included basil and some shaved Parmesan. The Italian dressing was bottled I believe but good. 4/5 This pizza restaurant is convenient by a brewery. If you indulge too much on the brews, you can get a bite to eat without leaving the building. If you are near Campus 805, aka former Stone Middle School, this restaurant is in the backside. The pizza underwhelmed me on this visit. I will return to try something else. 3/5
