Got the meatball appetizer, it was good but not life changing, 4/5. They make their meatballs in house, the sauce was solid, good quality. Next time I'll probably try something else though. The main reason I came here was for that pizza. After a pleasant conversation with the waiter I decided on the award winner mainly because for high quality pizza I like red sauce and simplicity. This pizza is 5/5. The crust was airy, thin, those red peppers are so unique and I've never seen them offered elsewhere, cheese was good, sausage was plenty, can't ask for more! This pizza definitely has a "style" to it, it's certainly my style but even if it wasn't, the quality is unmistakeable. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, but a friendly conversation with the waiter steered me easily in the right direction, I bet it could do the same for you! Excellent place, highly recommend.

Pizza was reheated and served in one of their boxes. They were helpful in letting me know what was behind the glass case for their pizza of the day. I know thin pizza wouldn't exactly be as crispy as I wanted so I can't complain too much, but it was kind of falling apart when I was eating it. It was also dripping in oil. I only had two slices and I was already full. One thing I would caution staff is if someone asks for a "vegetarian pizza" that there shouldn't be any meat on there. If you look at the margherita slice, there's a piece of chicken on it. Even though, my experience here was decent, I'll probably still give it another try at a different location since I enjoy thin crust pizza.

My husband and dad were wishing there was more flavor in the veggie one but I thought with some red pepper flakes it was delicious. Everything coming out hot made it better. While I understand that mistakes can happen, what was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. When the issue was reported to the store, the manager identified herself as Kristin and told us we would have to go through Uber Eats because it was a third-party order. While I understand Uber Eats handles refunds, the contamination occurred while the food was being prepared at the restaurant. Instead of professionally addressing the concern, the manager later chose to publicly argue with customers on Facebook, making dismissive comments such as "go off boo," saying the store was "doing just fine," and telling people they were "getting their panties in a bunch over any little thing." That behavior was far more concerning than the original mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism and customer service matter. I hope the owner addresses how customer complaints are handled in the future.

This is an order-at-the-window pizza spot that offers pizza by the slice! You can find it inside of Lowe Mill on the first floor very close to the connector hall. If you enter by Pofta Buna, take a right and keep walking and you'll find it no problem. For the old hats, it occupies the former spot of Mountain Valley Pizza. The lady working the window was polite and personable. I ordered a simple slice of pepperoni but they have specialty pizzas and I think you can even build your own. Given the popularity of pepperoni, my slice was available almost immediately. The price was very reasonable! I enjoyed my pizza. The crust was somewhere between thin and regular thickness and had a very enjoyable chew. The pepperoni wasn't too oily/greasy and was slightly crispy, not floppy. For my preferences, I think it was too heavy on the sauce, but on the bright side it was a tasty and herbaceous tomato sauce that wasn't overly sweet. Give them a try if you want a smaller portioned quick lunch at the Mill, or if you are craving pizza. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
