There was a lady to the left of us in a booth and a couple to the right of us. It was quiet and nicely decorated. Our server came by to take our drink orders. We all had water and a bottle of their Chardonnay. We ordered a small charcuterie, a large Garden Pizza and a large Omnivore pizza. The charcuterie board was full of delicious meats, cheeses, olives, cranberries, chocolates and more. I enjoyed this charcuterie much more than the place downtown that is famous for charcuterie. 5/5 The Chardonnay was perfectly chilled with a delightful light crisp taste. 5/5 The Garden Pizza and the Omnivore pizza were perfectly cooked with a hint of smoke from the wood fired pizza oven. Both pizzas had plenty of toppings and all 4 of us said the crust was delicious. The wood fired pizza's were much better than the wood fired pizza I ate near a brewery. 5/5 If you like wine, charcuterie, and wood fired pizzas, please stop by Bloom Winery. Its a good balance of sweet and strong. They're flights consist of your preferences of wine - as many as you want! They also have food such as pizza, cheese bread, charcuterie board and salad. The charcuterie board is my fave, but the pizza is tasty as well. There's plenty of space and tables indoors, and parking is plenty. This is a nice spot for a date night, solo pleasuries or catching up with friends. Staff has been friendly and informative regarding their wines.

It's like $6 for 7 wine tastings and lots of great choices to choose from. Plenty of white, red, bubbles & sweet wines to choose from. Their store offers some great gift ideas and don't forget to take a bottle of wine for your home. Plus, the grounds and vineyard are really nice to walk around and take pics. There are televisions playing softly in the room with the bar but there's also a more intimate room; I think it'd be a nice place to gather with friends. I was told there'd be wine tasting nights starting soon! The bartender, Teylor, was exceptional! She put me right at ease, spoke knowledgeably about each cocktail and wine option, and had a good sense of humor. She worked efficiently among the patrons and was very attentive and polite. Shout-out to Teylor! The vibe was really great too - the other guests were friendly and sociable without being overbearing and I enjoyed my visit while having a drink. I ordered the Monte Sano Sunset, which is a rum drink with fruity elements to include orange and pineapple juice as well as a squeeze of lime. It wasn't overly sweet and didn't upset my stomach as similar drinks often do. It was a pleasure to watch Teylor make my beautiful drink as well as what others ordered; there was even fire involved with one particular beverage! I enjoyed my drink and heard rave things from the other guests about each and every drink that was served. The raspberry mint sangria was the best thing I had all day, refreshing on this super hot day with a strong mint flavor. All of the wines we sampled were really wonderful. We ordered a dry white wine flight and a sweet flight to split, our favorite dry was Villard Blanc, and sweet would have to be between the Fig Wine and the Piña Colada wine (most interesting wine I've ever had). Open 12-6 Saturday and Sundays they had a taco food truck this date for food option. You can sit inside or out, lots of open spaces to choose from. You can also take a seat in the vineyards!! The moonshine comes in different flavors; apple, green apple, peach, blackberry and old reliable (the original, shot in the arm) moonshine. I didn't forget about Whiskey flavors of cinnamon, peach and double barrel. Since the distillery is small, there's not much to look at; if you decide to visit. I would recommend calling before visiting, because the hours of operation changes on occasion. I'm not much of a drinker, but I bought a bottle for a friend (ahem).
