Probably one of the best (if not the best) hostel I have stayed in. The rooms are clean, comfy, and modern with a card activated locker. Each bed gets its own plug point and mini shelf to keep items in.
The location is really good, because it's right next to the Metro and many bus and tram lines. The hostel offers daily walking tours and a day trip to Sintra, and has events like nightly pub crawls, dinners (10 euros) several times a week - and free sangria every night.
The free sangria is a great way to meet other travelers, and as a solo traveler staying here I was able to meet a bunch of other people through this daily event.
The only slight downside to this hostel is that the bathrooms were occasionally less clean than I would have liked. I think part of this is due to the fact that they use a "cloth" towel system instead of paper towels, so surfaces tend to be wet all the time.
Overall though, had a great experience in this hostel and will for sure be staying here again when I return to Lisbon. read more
