Fantastic view of Lisbon and the atmosphere on the terrace was great. The starters and tandoori chicken were quite tasty even while not being traditionally Indian and were plated very elegantly. However, we found the vegetarian dish to be on the bland side. Service between starters and entree took around 45 minutes, and likely half an hour between drinks and starters. Our waiter gave our table quite little attention.

The physical space has great vibe. Music is very chill. Service was awful + rude from start to finish. Like rating of 0. Maybe you would have better luck if you are straight. I wonder if the staff just had an issue with gay patrons ...I was dinning with my husband. We where seated outside in a remote corner. All others where served more timely. We had to insist on service . Wine list is fair. Food was good. Portions shareable. "Lost in ... itself"

Outdoor patio overlooking Lisboa. Best calamari tempura and olives!

Cute little restaurant with the best views of Lisbon! Their calamari fritters were amazing! Their tuna pate was also !

The view was spectacular and the service ok, the food was good although it did take awhile which is fine when you have this kind of view, if your going make reservations or it's hard to get in.

Incredible views, tucked right along side of the hotel we were staying at- Memmo Príncipe Real. We sat down here for lunch in the outdoor patio and soaked up the sun. I mean, this is what you come for right? Then you won't be disappointed! First off- the goat cheese pasty in the apps section of the menu was so unique and a must order. You can probably skip the shrimp.. The salads were large enough to be entrees, and the entree that I did order- the Cod with the chickpea mash - was a nice, clean dish.

Tomato soup with poached egg - yum

The place was furnished with some Eastern Indian influences and some items on the menu were infused with the same influence. First, the goods - pretty and airy furnishings with potential for a romantic place, killer views. Food on the other hand was hit or miss - the tomato soup with poached egg was delicious (could be a tad hotter), grilled vegetables had an extra taste of sweetness like brown sugar, the tuna was good on a bed of spinach but not sure if the purée eggplant added anything to the dish, the shrimp curry was underwhelming - small portion and being from SF/LA where genuine Indian food is plenty, tasted a bit middle of the road and the white wine was unremarkable. The dessert of pumpkin "cake" with cinnamon ice cream was good. Now to the not so good - the hostess and some staff operated like the reservations were at the factory. They were a bit gruff. Two elderly ladies were asked directly to vacate as there was another reservation after them. They could have handled it better. Turned out, no one showed for at least another hour. There were two tables with a group of women who cackled throughout the night. Basically spoiled what would have been a beautiful ambient.

Good place with outdoor patio for drinks. The view isn't bad if you want to watch the city turn dark without having the sun glare in you're face the entire time. Use google maps because it's not off the Main Street. It looked a little sad when you approached but like I said, the outdoor space is nice and very tucked away with a view and decent drinks

This restaurant is definitely a must go too. It's in an alley way but once you find it, views from outdoor patio are amazing!!! Food is delicious and drinks are just as good. Make sure you show up a bit early for your reservation so you can enjoy the view and drinks from outside!

For dinner we had the Tuna Wellington which was overcooked just a little bit (we like Tuna Wellington more on the rare side) but overall very good!

A funky rooftop restaurant with extraordinary views and a vibrant feel…read more This place ended up costing us the most on our whole trip. The entrees were on the pricier side, which is something we didn't realize until the end of the trip - when we've had better food, better experience for a more feasible price. The entrees were smaller and less flavorful than we expected. Our bill was also a big one cause of drinks. We ordered: Crispy polenta and cheese balls Razor clams and new potatoes salad with greek yogurt, roasted peppers and cucumbers Game corn dogs with wild-berries fresh sauce and mustard leaves Entrees: we ordered duck, codfish, octopus and a steak dish where no one really enjoyed it... sidenote: I know Codfish is a very popular dish in Portugal - if you don't like that fishy/seawater/fresh-out-of-the-sea taste, you might not like it in Lisbon My friends didn't like the fish and the duck. Gin Fizz was good, as well as the Rosé (we probably ordered like 8 Gin Fizzes - they were that good) -takes CC, Wifi, great view What I recommend - go there for a drink and apps. I think their entrees were disappointing but apps and drinks were great

Before coming to Lisbon, I did a little research on where to find views of the 25 de Abril bridge…read more Rio Maravilha happened to show up as one of the top places for the best views. An experience that I was hoping to capture was unexpectedly shut down. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, the rooftop was closed to the public. Still an order of cocktails were placed with the attentive server. Shortly thereafter, the tequila based cocktail and a chocolate cocktail were brought to the table. Both drinks were good with two different flavor profiles. The chocolate cocktail with a subtle hint of coffee reminded me of a dessert which could be ideal as a digestif. It also came with a chocolate twig which made the drink a little extra fun. As for the other cocktail, well I'm sure you know how it goes with tequila :) Both drinks cost about $27 USD which was a wee bit more than I anticipated to spend. However, if you could enjoy the views from the rooftop while sipping away a cocktail or two, it will be worth it. Finding this place was also a little tricky. I had to ask the locals to help locate this place. If you're having trouble getting here, be sure to ask the locals.

It is kind of funny, for how incredibly otherwise interesting Lisbon is as a city, foodie-wise,…read morethat it definitely doesn't have much of a craft *cocktail* scene, and what it does have, is hidden in plain sight, whether as a pizza shop (the other surprisingly good actually-a-cocktail-bar I found), or in this case more literally, as a brothel turned tourist trap-looking bar that actually does have quite good cocktails. Admittedly - it was clearly designed so that it could function at night, when my hunch is that it's more likely to be an absolute madhouse, and it probably a bit feels more like a nightclub. Good thing for me, then, that they're open, and I visited, at 2 PM on a Friday, when they only had a few customers, my favorite sort of vibe for a bar. Yes, they do have extremely suggestively murals up all over the place, because they're committed to the bit (committed enough that if it turned out they were actually also a secret brothel to this day, I'd be like... yeah, that'd track. To my knowledge they are in fact just a bar, though.) But at least when they aren't busy, it is *also* one of the small number of proper craft cocktail bars I found in Lisbon while I was there. Their cocktails were 12-14 euro as of when I was there a few months ago - which a couple years ago would've felt a little pricey, but now feels pretty par for the course. The menu cocktails were mostly all prebatched, but have clearly been prebatched freshly and with *purpose*, as the two cocktails I tried here were *quite* good. One with gin, roobois, ancho reyes and yellow pepper, and one, I was excited to finally see, using Beirao in something more interesting than just tonics or spritzes, with pisco, Beirao, pineaple and eucalyptus. Great presentation, great drinks, and again at least as of when they were least busy, quick service (as you would expect, given that, again, it is mostly prebatched.) That said, if like me, you only speak English, ymmv - the one bartender when I was there spoke English like a native English speaker. Great bartender, too. Then he left and another bartender took over, who spoke zero English whatsoever. As it turns out, you also don't need to speak the same language to order a drink off a menu and then pay for it, though, but it is still *nice* speaking the same language as the bartender.
