Obviously, something has changed in the kitchen, and not for the better as it relates to this dish. I'm not saying this was a bad item, but it damn sure wasn't the same, and it wasn't worth $18.99.

Four tacos total, two each Carnitas and Al Pastor. Both style true to type and very good with diced onions and cilantro with a wedge of lime. Good flavor and textures. A decent meal. Tuesday Taco Night Perfection!…read more Tacos and Beer Paola in Lexington is such a gem. This unique spot sits next to its sister location--an older Stop & Go that's packed with Mexican boots, treats, sodas, and food goods--which already sets the vibe before you even walk in. We stopped in for Tuesday taco night and were immediately impressed. Chips and salsa came out with two fantastic salsas, both full of flavor. There's also a Pepsi cooler stocked with Mexican sodas and beers, which was a fun and authentic touch. The staff was beyond friendly--welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to have us there. Now the tacos... wow. Finger-licking good. I devoured three tacos: brisket, steak, sausage, and cow head--every single one was incredible. The cheese dip was smooth, rich, and absolutely wonderful. My husband loved his chicken and steak tacos as well. If I had to give one tip: do not skip the roasted jalapeños. Trust me. We'll definitely be back soon--and next time, we're bringing the kiddos.

You buy them by the pound, so I ordered a pound and received 3 Chicharron and the cost was a little over $26! These were excellent, loaded with well cooked meat, streaks of fat, and crunchy pork skin. I will definitely get these bad boys again.

Ordered all three items to share, and each one was a good choice. The Brussels Sprouts were perfectly cooked, not with the outer leaves burnt like you often see! The SW Egg Rolls were nice, but not quite as flavorful as those at Chili's. The items are not made in house, not even at Chili's, they are purchased frozen from a supplier like Sysco or US Food. I would order this again, and the Blue Cheese dressing was very good. The Cauliflower Bites were equally good, and I switched out the aioli for Blue Cheese, and it was perfect.
